Honda Cars India have launched three new special edition models in the Indian market. The best-selling car from the Amaze now gets a special edition variant known as the ‘Exclusive Edition’. Even the Honda Jazz and the Honda WR-V get the exclusive edition models in the Indian market. Prices of all the three vehicles are mentioned below:
Honda Amaze – Petrol MT – Rs. 7,87 lakh, Diesel – Rs. 8.97 lakh. Rs. 12,000 more expensive than the regular variant
Honda WR-V – Petrol MT – Rs. 9.34 lakh, Diesel – Rs. 10.48 lakh. Rs. 18,000 more expensive than the regular variant
Honda Jazz – Petrol CVT – Rs. 9.23 lakh, Rs. 19,000 more expensive than the regular variant.
Speaking about the introduction of these editions, Mr Rajesh Goel, Sr. Vice President & Director, Sales and Marketing, Honda Cars India Ltd said,

Honda Amaze Exclusive Edition is based on the VX trim level of the model. It is only available with manual transmission. The Exclusive Edition version gets extra accessories and there are no changes done to the vehicle when it comes to the mechanicals. The sedan gets new, sharp looking alloy wheels, illuminated door sills with the ‘Amaze’ branding on it, new leatherette seat covers with the ‘Exclusive Edition’ badging on it and a premium looking armrest between the front seats. It also gets ‘Exclusive Edition’ badge at the rear that differentiates it from the regular model. The Honda Amaze is powered by both petrol and diesel engine options. The 1.2-litre petrol engine produces a maximum power of 89 Bhp and 110 Nm. It gets a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces a maximum of 99 Bhp and 200 Nm of torque.
In the Honda Jazz Exclusive Edition, extra features include the new illuminated door sills with the “Jazz” branding on it, new matte black finished alloy wheels, new leatherette seat covers and a big roof-mounted rear spoiler. The Jazz also gets Exclusive Edition badge at the rear that distinguishes it from the regular versions of the model. The Jazz Exclusive Edition is based on the CVT VX grade of the premium hatchback. It is only available with the automatic transmission.
The crossover WR-V also gets Exclusive Edition version and it is based on the VX manual grade of the vehicle. There are no special alloy wheels on the WR-V exclusive edition. However, it gets similar add-ons like illuminated door sills, leatherette seat covers and roof-mounted rear spoiler. It also gets the “Exclusive Edition” badge at the rear door.
All the three models also get all the features that are standard in the variants of the regular model. Also, no changes have been done to the engine or transmission of the ‘Exclusive Edition’ cars.
