We bring you 14 sedans from the Indian market that are currently being offered with huge discounts.

Honda Amaze

Discount up to Rs. 20,000

With the Amaze, Honda has once again why it is considered as a good brand in India. The Amaze ticks almost all the right boxes and then some. The Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Ford Aspire competitor is being offered with a Rs 15,000 exchange bonus and Rs 5,000 discount along with complementary addition five-year warranty package. It gets four engine-transmission combinations to choose from– a 90 Bhp, 1.2-litre petrol mated to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT and a 100 Bhp, 1.5-litre diesel mated to a 5-speed manual or a CVT (80 Bhp in CVT).

Volkswagen Ameo

Discount up to Rs. Rs 95,000

Dealerships across the country are now offering cash discounts worth Rs 50,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 on the Ameo Comfortline variant. The Ameo Highline gets a cash discount of Rs 30,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs. 30,000. There’s also a Rs 15,000 corporate discount on the sedan. The rival to the Ford Aspire, Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Honda Amaze gets powered by a 76 Bhp, 1.0-litre petrol engine which it shares with its hatchback sibling, the Polo. It also gets a more extreme 110 Bhp 1.5-litre diesel with the option of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Hyundai Xcent

Hyundai’s Grand i10-based compact sedan, the Xcent is also being offered with big discounts this season. Along with all this, there’s a cash discount of Rs. 5,000 on offer as corporate discount.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire

The Vento gets four engine-gearbox combinations – a 105 Bhp 1.6-litre petrol with a 5-speed manual, a 110 Bhp 1.5-litre diesel with either a 5-speed manual or 7-speed DSG, and a 105 Bhp 1.2-litre turbo-petrol with a 7-speed DSG.

 

Toyota Yaris

Unlike its competition, the Yaris is the only midsize sedan to be offered with just a petrol engine – the 107hp, 1.5-litre motor mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-step CVT automatic.
