On September 27th, Honda launched the Brio small car starting at Rs. 3.95 lakh for the base variant. Here we take a closer look at what each variant offers us and what their prices are across five major cities.
The Brio is powered by a 1.2-litre i-vtec petrol engine that is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The petrol motor produces 87 bhp of max power and 109 Nm of max torque. The ARAI specified mileage of the Brio is 18.4 kmpl.
The Brio is more powerful than many of its rivals such as the new Maruti Swift, Toyota Liva, Hyundai i10 and Nissan Micra. The Brio has a peppy performance which is useful for city commuting. It looks small, compact and its rear is radically designed with an all-glass hatch that covers the 175-litre boot. This makes the car look quite unique. Let’s look at what each variant offers.
