Honda recently launched the City in two AVN grade variants; the City 1.5 V AT(AVN) and the City 1.5 V MT(AVN) priced at Rs.10.46 lakh and Rs. 9.72 lakh respectively.
AVN here stands for Audio Visual Navigation and these models feature: A touch screen, Audio Visual Navigation system, Bluetooth, DVD player in addition to CD Player, USB/I-Pod/Aux-in connectivity and leather upholstery with leather wrapped steering wheel and gear shift knob (for the MT). These AVN variants were announced along with the CNG “Ready” City which was launched at a price of Rs. 9.03 lakh. Also read: Pros and Cons of the Honda City
The Honda City CNG price is not the actual price as it does not include the cost of the CNG kit or cost of installation. The kit, sold separately, will cost Rs. 50,200 so the City CNG will likely to cost about Rs.10.75 lakh on road.
There are no other changes on the AVN models and they are also powered by a 1,497 cc 4-cylinder motor that makes 116 bhp of power and 146 Nm of torque. It comes in 5-speed manual and automatic options. Also read: Honda City CNG launched at Rs. 9.03 lakh
