Honda’s entry into the mid-size SUV segment with the Elevate has garnered attention, especially due to its competitive pricing. However, the car misses out on some features that are available in its rival models, like ventilated seats and a panoramic sunroof. But here’s the good news for potential Elevate owners: you can get the ventilated seats as an accessory for a reasonable cost of Rs 6,000.
These ventilated seat covers are available among Honda’s official list of Elevate accessories. Unlike built-in “ventilated seats,” these covers can be strapped onto the regular seats. They operate using the 12V socket and even offer a massage function for added comfort.

It’s essential to note that while these seat covers are a convenient and cost-effective solution, they might not match the performance of factory-fitted ventilated seats. Considering the competition, it’s possible that future iterations of the Elevate may include features that are currently absent.
The ventilated and massaging seat is a versatile accessory that can be installed in any variant of the Elevate. Since the SUV has a 12V socket at the rear seats, connecting these seats is a simple process, and you won’t have wires cluttering your vehicle. This accessory is placed over your original factory seats, requiring no wire cutting or vehicle alterations. It’s a simple plug-and-play accessory.
The seat controls are easy to use, with two buttons on the seat: one for fan speed and another to activate the massage feature. The fan speed offers three options to cater to your comfort. However, please note that these seats can be installed in the front seats only, and the massager only has a basic on/off setting. Since these seats are not factory-fitted, there might be some fan noise. Nevertheless, considering the convenience and cost, these ventilated seats are a welcome addition.
The Honda Elevate is available in four variants: SV, V, VX, and ZX. Under the hood, it’s powered by a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 119 BHP at 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm at 4,300 rpm. You can choose between a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed CVT for the transmission, allowing you to select the option that suits your driving preferences. So, if you’re interested in the Elevate and find the lack of ventilated seats a deal-breaker, you can opt for these accessories to enhance your driving experience.
