If you are in Gurgaon, Haryana or even in Dwarka sub-city, New Delhi, servicing your Honda in Gurgaon makes sense. From Dwarka, it takes only twenty minutes to reach Gurgaon, and another ten minutes to reach any of the service centers of Honda there.
First, a list of the Honda service centers in Gurgaon.

Ring Road Honda has the largest network of showrooms and service centers in New Delhi – and the same applies to NCR too.
The biggest problem you would face at any Honda service center is that the executives are not communicative enough. They seem to operate under the philosophy that the less you talk to the customer, the less trouble you get into.
Cars serviced at the Honda service centers in Gurgaon are the old Honda City, new Honda City variants, the all-new Honda City, Honda Civic and Accord (all models) and the recently launched Honda Jazz.
Compared to the Honda service centers we have seen in Mumbai, that is a big difference. The executives there were chatty and happy to explain things.
The best part is that most service centers offer car pickups and drops. I usually get my Honda car picked up by the Pearl Honda driver, and there has never been any delay. You have to book a service appointment early, and the drive would land up early in the morning and return the car in the evening. The executive in charge of servicing your car would call up to ask for specific details, and take your approval. Things happen on time, and you can expect a couple of calls. By evening, the driver would drop the car back from Gurgaon.
But going to the pearl Honda service center in Gurgaon has been a bad experience. We were initially told the service would take 3 hours, which later stretched on to almost 6 hours. Even then, the executives were quick to tell us that all problems have been sorted out, but a quick test drive proved otherwise which meant more time.
The basic service of the car, though, is done well.
Be sure to check directions to reach all the service centers early enough, as Gurgaon could get confusing if you are not used to the place.
