Hrithik Roshan unveils Hero MotoCorp Karizma XMR 210

After months of anticipation, Hero MotoCorp, India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has finally taken the covers off of the all-new Karizma XMR 210 sports bike. The launch of this iconic Indian sports bike was done by none other than the original brand ambassador of this bike, Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan. The company has launched this all-new bike at a starting introductory price of Rs 1,72,900. The bookings for this premium sports bike from Hero MotoCorp have also commenced, and interested customers can visit the brand’s website to reserve the bike.
First off, let’s talk about the design details of the Hero Karizma XMR 210. The newest bike in Hero’s premium sports bike lineup brings a breath of fresh air with its all-new aggressive and bold design. The bike, although it looks brand new, takes some cues from its highly popular and successful predecessors.

The bike on the front features an all-new front fascia with distinct-looking all-LED headlights with integrated DRLs in them. Additionally, the turn indicators are LEDs as well. The bike gets an aggressive fairing and a huge XMR logo on the side. The footpegs have been placed a little behind for the sports bike appearance and design. The bike sits on a steel trellis frame.
Hero MotoCorp is offering the all-new Karizma XMR 210 in three different color options. The first is the Iconic Yellow, the second is the Turbo Red and the last option is the Matte Phantom Black.
In terms of features, Hero MotoCorp has equipped the new Karizma XMR 210 with a fully digital LCD display. This display also comes with features like Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation which is a segment first, and also a segment-first adjustable windscreen.
Coming to the powertrain specifications of the Karizma XMR 210, Hero MotoCorp has provided this new sports bike with a brand new 210 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled power plant. This new engine will be able to produce a maximum of 25.15 bhp of power and 20.4 Nm of torque. As for the transmission duties, they will be handled by a six-speed gearbox.
To provide a comfortable riding experience, the Karizma XMR 210 will come equipped with telescopic fork suspension on the front. Meanwhile, for the rear suspension, it will come equipped with a preloaded adjustable monoshock absorber. Additionally, the braking duties will be handled by single disc brakes on both ends of the bike. This is the first Hero MotoCorp bike to feature a dual-channel ABS system.
In terms of pricing, Hero MotoCorp has launched the all-new Karizma XMR 210 with an introductory price of Rs 1,72,900. Most likely, these prices will increase after a few weeks. As mentioned above, the bookings for the bike have already commenced.
The Hero MotoCorp Karizma XMR 210 will compete with bikes like the Yamaha R15 V4, which is priced at Rs 1.82 lakh, Suzuki Gixxer SF priced at Rs 1.81 lakh, KTM RC200 priced at Rs 2.18 lakh, and lastly the Bajaj Pulsar RS200, which is currently priced at Rs 1.72 lakh in the country.
