Hyundai Creta base E variant modified to look like Alcazar

Hyundai Creta is one of the most popular mid size SUV in the segment. It competes with cars like Kia Seltos, MG Hector in the segment. Hyundai Creta has been the segment leader ever since it was launched in the market. Several aftermarket accessories are available for this SUV and we have seen several examples of the same. The current generation Creta got launched in the market last year and in comparison to the older version it looks a lot more premium and offers more features. Most people who are buying the base E trim are actually getting it modified to look like a higher model. Here we have a Hyundai Creta that has been neatly modified to look like Alcazar which is the 7-seater version of Creta.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. Video shows how the SUV looked when it had arrived at the garage and how it looks after modification. Vlogger mentions that it is a base E variant and it has been modified to look like Alcazar SUV. All the parts that are used as part of the conversion are genuine Hyundai accessories.

Vlogger mentioned that in order to convert a base E trim Creta to look like Alcazar several panels at the front had to be replaced. The front grille, headlamps, LED DRLs, bumper, fog lamps and turn indicators are all replaced. The SUV now gets Alcazar’s dark chrome grille along with silver skid plate, thick LED DRLs, tri-beam LED headlamps and other features. It also gets Alcazar fog lamps and turn indicators.

Coming to the side profile, the SUV gets 17 inch alloy wheels from Alcazar and they looks extremely good on the car. Other than this, Creta gets faux fender vents finished in chrome, electrically adjustable ORVMs with LED turn indicators, lower door chrome garnish, door visors, lower window garnish, roof rails, shark fin antenna on the side. Moving to the rear, the car gets top-end Creta’s split LED tail lamps, rear bumper skid plate, LED reflector lamps with LED turn indicators integrated in them.

On the inside, several changes have been made. Vlogger mentioned that the work on this Creta is no finished yet and the interior is also being changed to look like Alcazar. Other than this, the SUV illuminated scuff plates, cruise control has been activated, the car also gets aftermarket touchscreen infotainment screen that shows feed from reverse parking cameras as well. Ambient lights, USB charging port for rear passengers, floor mats are also installed in this Creta.

Hyundai Creta is a popular SUV and is available in variety of engine and transmission option. The Creta is available with two petrol and a diesel engine option. The 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine is available with manual and a CVT gearbox option. The 1.5 litre turbo diesel engine is available with manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Creta also has a 1.4 litre turbo petrol engine which is available with a 7-speed DCT gearbox as standard.
