Hyundai Creta is the best selling mid size SUV in the segment. last year, Hyundai introduced the current generation Creta and it became an instant hit in the market for its looks and features. Several aftermarket accessories are also available for Creta and we have already seen several modified examples of Creta. One of the common type of modification seen in Creta is modifying a base variant to look like top-end. Here we have a Hyundai Creta modification video where a base variant Creta SUV is modified with a front grille from Alcazar.
The video has been shared by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. Modifying base variant Creta SUV to top-end versions is what these people specialise in. They have done similar projects in the past but, what makes this different from them is the front itself. As part of modification, the front grille and the bumper has been completely removed and replaced. This is a base E variant Creta which comes with single projector headlamps that was also replaced.

The SUV now gets Hyundai Alcazar’s genuine front grille with dark chrome garnishes in and around it. The headlamps are also from Alcazar as the tri-beam headlamps do not fit properly with this new setup. The bumper has been replaced too and it now gets Alcazar’s turn indicator and fog lamps with chrome garnish around it. A silver coloured faux skid plate is also installed at the front.
Coming to the side profile, the car gets 17 inch dual tone alloy wheels which is seen in top-end Creta. electrically adjustable ORVMs with integrated turn indicators, fake chrome vents on fenders where the turn indicator is normally positioned in base variants, roof rails, door visors, PPF on door edges, high infra red heat rejection film, chrome door handles and shark fin antenna.
At the rear, the lower variants tail lamps have been replaced for top-end units and there is a faux skid plate and reflector LED lamps on the bumper as well. Moving inside, the car gets illuminated scuff plates, leather padding on doors, ultra soft seat covers in black colour with red stitching, steering mounted audio controls, aftermarket touchscreen infotainment screen and damping has also been done on all four doors of this Creta.
Overall, the work done on this Creta looks very neat and it is probably one of the first Creta in the country to get this treatment. The front grille completely changes the way Creta looks and gives it a premium look. Hyundai Creta is available with three engine options. There is a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that comes with manual and IVT or CVT gearbox option. The next engine on offer is a 1.5 litre diesel engine that comes with manual and automatic transmission. Third and the most powerful engine option is the 1.4 litre turbo petrol which comes with a 7-speed DCT gearbox as standard. Hyundai Creta is a mid size SUV that competes with cars like Kia Seltos, MG Hector, Tata Safari, Renault Duster, Nissan Kicks and recently launched Skoda Kushaq in the segment.
