Hyundai Creta SX variant neatly modified to look like Knight Edition [Video]

Hyundai Creta is one of the most popular and best selling mid-size SUV in its segment. The current generation Hyundai Creta was launched in the market back in 2020 and it became popular among customer for its premium looks and features. Many people opt for the base variant of Creta and get it modified using aftermarket accessories because it is much more affordable than buying the top-end version. There are workshops who convert base variant Creta into a top model using genuine parts. Here we have a video of Hyundai Creta SX variant, that has been neatly modified to look like Knight Edition.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. In this video a SX variant that comes with most of the features has been modified to look like a Knight Edition model. The workshop didn’t have to make many changes to the car as it was already a black colour SUV. The Phantom Black shade looks absolutely beautiful on Creta and the theme of the Knight Edition Creta is also black. Starting with the front, the stock grille on the Hyundai Creta was replaced with a Knight Edition grille. It is different from the regular grille as it is finished in gloss black and comes with Red accents in it. The Hyundai logo on the front grille is also dark chrome instead on regular chrome.

Coming down, the bumper on this Hyundai Creta comes with Silver colour skid plate. This has been replaced with a gloss black unit. This is also an original Hyundai genuine part. The old skid plate was completely replaced and was not repainted or wrapped.  As this is the SX variant, it came with tri-beam projector LED headlamps, fog lamps and turn indicators. Coming to the side profile, the Creta came with silver colour alloy wheels. This was replaced with 17 inch gloss black units. The wheels are also genuine units from Hyundai and not aftermarket.

One of the main things that differentiate Knight Edition Creta from regular Cretas are the silver coloured lightning arc. This was replaced with a gloss black unit from the Knight Edition. The roof rails however remain the same as stock. Just like at the front, the rear bumper also gets gloss black skid plate which completes the exterior look of the car. The video does not show the interior of the Creta and it looks like the modifications are limited to the exterior of the car only. The SX variant of Hyundai Creta is fairly loaded with features and comes with premium upholstery.

It looks like the owner wanted to give his Creta a Knight Edition look on the outside while retaining the premium looking cabin inside. The car already comes with features like automatic climate control, panoramic sunroof, touchscreen infotainment system, leatherette upholstery, cruise control and so on. Hyundai Creta is available with variety of engine and transmission option. There is a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with manual and IVT gearbox, 1.5 litre turbocharged diesel engine with manual and automatic transmission and a 1.4 litre turbocharged petrol engine with a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
