2019 all-new Hyundai Grand i10 to look like this?

Hyundai is working on the all-new generation of the Grand i10. The car is known as i10 in the international markets, but in India, it is expected to carry on with the Grand i10 name. Internationally, Hyundai launched the Grand i10 as the replacement of the ageing i10, but in India, both the vehicles remained on sale simultaneously, which forced Hyundai to bring the new car with a different name. But now that the i10 is discontinued from the Indian market, Hyundai is expected to continue with the same name as it has more brand value.

The all-new Hyundai i10 will be a global car and will be launched in the European markets too. This rendered image by AutoExpress shows what it can look like when launched in the market, but the Indian version has slight changes than the international versions. For example, Hyundai offered a larger rear window in the Indian-spec Grand i10 while the European versions got a sportier window line.

The all-new Hyundai Grand i10 is expected to offer a modern family design, which includes a more prominent front grille. The rendered image shows the new cascade grille of the upcoming Grand i10 protruding out. It also gets sharp design lines at the front with new headlamps, which are much more sleeker and add an aggressive look to the hatchback. The new sporty bumper of the Grand i10 may also get new triangular fog lamps. We may even see new alloy wheels on the vehicle.

At the rear, the all-new Grand i10 may come with updated tail lamps and a new bumper. The overall outline of the Hyundai Grand i10 is not expected to change. It will retain its tallboy design. Hyundai has already started testing the all-new Grand i10 in the international markets, and many camouflaged pictures of the hatchback have surfaced online. Hyundai has also begun testing the all-new Grand i10 in India, and it was spotted last year with a Maruti Suzuki WagonR in Pune at late night.

The Hyundai Grand i10 takes on the cars like Maruti Suzuki Swift and Ford Figo in the Indian market. While the Maruti Suzuki Swift received a generation-update last year, Hyundai Grand i10 is yet to get any substantial updates. The all-new Grand i10 is expected to offer new-age features like LED headlamps with projectors and LED DRLs. It is becoming an industry norm, and the Hyundai is one of the manufacturers that provide a lot of features in their models in India.
