Hyundai i20 variants and price details across five major cities!

The Hyundai i20 is one of the most preferred ‘premium hatchbacks’ in India. The i20 is popular for its exhaustive list of features, attractive design and Hyundai’s widespread sales and service network. The i20 has been selling in good numbers despite the launch of many other cars in the premium small car segment such as the Volkswagen Polo and Nissan Micra. Here we take a closer look at the variants and prices of the Hyundai i20.

The i20 is offered in three engine options: the 1.2-litre petrol, the 1.4-litre diesel and the 1.4-litre petrol. The 1.2-litre petrol motor puts out 79 bhp, the 1.4-litre petrol motor puts out 98 bhp of power while the 1.4-litre diesel motor makes 89 bhp of power and 219 Nm of torque. The ARAI-certified mileage of the 1.2-liter petrol version is 18.15 kmpl; 1.4-litre petrol version is 15.05 kmpl while that of the 1.4-litre diesel version is 21.93 kmpl.

Hyundai offers the i20 in four variants: Era, Magna, Sportz and Asta. Let’s get into the details of features offered in each variant of the i20.

i20 Magna 1.2 petrol (Rs.4.99 lakh) and i20 Magna 1.4 diesel (Rs.6.10 lakh)

The i20 Magna has all the features of the Era variant and in addition gets auto AC, tilt & telescopic steering, cooling glovebox, 2-DIN MP3 music system, electronic multi-display meter and rear parcel tray.

i20 Sportz 1.2 petrol (Rs.5.42 lakh) and i20 Sportz 1.4 diesel (Rs.6.53 lakh)

The i20 Sportz gets all the features of the Magna variant and in addition, gets driver airbag, turn indicators on outside mirrors, alloy wheels and rear adjustable headrests.
