Hyundai is one of the last mainstream manufacturers to enter the sub-4m, compact SUV segment in India. Earlier this year, the brand launched the all-new Venue and it has become a major hit in the Indian market. Hyundai has officially announced that by the end of 2019, the model may garner as much as 100,000 bookings!
The all-new car currently has bookings of over 75,000 units. It is one of the quickest selling vehicles from the brand and is the second-best-selling model in the segment after the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. Due to the high popularity of the Venue, there is already a high waiting on the vehicle. Hyundai has mentioned that in the coming months, before the end of the calendar year 2020, the vehicle will gain more than 1,00,000 bookings in the Indian market. Introducing a technology wave – First Connected Mobility in the SUV segment – VENUE became the Talk of the Town since its unveiling last summer. Out of the 60,000 happy customers of VENUE, 22,000 opted for Blue Link Connected Technology Variant, which showcases customers’ trust on Hyundai Technology. Hyundai promises to continue this momentum in the Year 2020 with new products coupled with new technology.”
