Hyundai Venue is one of the popular compact SUV in its segment and has been in the market for couple of years. We are all aware of the fact that the manufacturer is working on a facelift for this popular compact SUV. Th same has been spotted testing several times in India and abroad. The launch of the facelifted Hyundai Venue is likely to happen in the coming months. Meanwhile, after the i20 N Line, Hyundai is now planning to launch N Line version of the Hyundai Venue in India. The manufacturer is said to have started testing the sportier N Line version in India.
Just like the i20 N Line that Hyundai launched in India last year, the Venue N Line will also be getting several cosmetic changes. The N-Line version of the Venue is likely to be based on the facelifted model that will be launched in the coming months. The upcoming Venue N Line will get a sportier looking aggressive front grille (probably with chequered flag pattern), redesigned front bumper, lower bumper lip, side body skirting and a revised rear bumper. There will be gloss black elements on the bumper which would add to the sporty look of the car. Along with the gloss black elements, there would be Red inserts as well.
The revised headlamps, tail lamps that are part of the facelifted version will also be seen on N Line variant of Hyundai Venue. There will N Line badging on the front grille, fender and the tail gate. Just like the i20 N Line, Hyundai might offer a twin tip exhaust which generates a throaty exhaust note. Moving in, the cabin of the car is likely to get the same design as the existing version. The only difference would be that in order to give the cabin a sporty look, Hyundai might add Red inserts around the AC vents, door panels. The seat would also be getting N Line branding with a Red and Black chequered flag design.

Red piping around the seat covers are also expected to be seen. Hyundai might offer more features to the facelift Venue in comparison to the current version. Noticeable changes will be seen on the outside. Hyundai Venue will be offered with the same engine and gearbox option as the current version. It will get a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 83 Ps and 113 Nm of torque. It is available with a manual gearbox option only. The 1.5 litre turbo diesel engine generates 100 Ps and 240 Nm of peak torque. This engine is also available with a 6-speed manual gearbox only.
The most powerful engine in the lot is the 1.0 litre, three cylinder turbo petrol unit. This engine generates 120 Ps and 172 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes with a 6-speed manual, 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed iMT gearbox option. Hyundai will be offering the N Line version of Venue with the 1.0 litre turbo petrol engine only. Just like i20 N Line, Hyundai might offer exclusive colours for the Venue N Line as well. The launch for the Venue N Line is expected to happed after the launch of regular Venue in India.
