The Super Carry – Maruti Suzuki Commercial’s first mini truck in India – has been a tremendous hit right from launch. The Super Carry operates in the hugely competitive commercial vehicle segment, and has found happy buyers across the length and breadth of India. Here is one such happy owner –Amit Mankani from Patna, Bihar.

Amit Mankani, an entrepreneur from Patna, Bihar, explains how he came about purchasing not one, not two, but six Maruti Suzuki Super Carry mini-trucks. A long-time resident of Patna, Mr. Mankani has been engaged in the food retail business for 25 years. He has now established a centralized kitchen from where he supplies sweets and savories to his retail outlets spread across Patna.

Speed is critical in this business, where the freshness of food is directly related to how quickly it reaches the retail outlets from the centralized kitchen. Someone suggested that Mr. Mankani opt for a Super Carry for his business. The businessman tried a Super Carry, and found that the powerful mini truck, with its 1,196cc engine producing 72 Bhp of peak power and 98 Nm of peak torque ensures timely deliveries. The Super Carry’s large loading bay and ample payload capacity of 740 Kg has been a great combination for transporting Mr. Mankani’s ready-to-eat foods.

In fact. he’s been so impressed with the vehicle that he’s booked four more Super Carry mini trucks to expand his business further. Mr. Mankani also notes that his drivers find the Super Carry very comfortable to drive thanks to the well-designed ergonomics. He is so happy with the Super Carry that he now recommends the vehicle to everyone in his circle looking to buy a mini truck for their transportation needs.
