India’s Only Maruti Jimny With Wald Black Bison Body Kit Is A Head-Turner

Maruti Suzuki Jimny might not have resonated with the majority of Indian car buyers; however, it is a fan favorite among off-roading enthusiasts. It has become a niche SUV that caters to a small group of people. However, these people cherish this SUV a lot and modify it to the extreme. Recently, a few pictures and a video of such insanely modified Maruti Suzuki Jimny have been shared online. It is the only Jimny in India to get an imported Wald Black Bison body kit.

These pictures of the Maruti Suzuki Jimny with the Wald Black Bison body kit have come courtesy of CS Customs from Instagram. The shop in the post has mentioned that this particular Jimny is the only Jimny in India with this body kit. Also, it happens to be the first Jimny in the world to get the Black Bison body kit.

India’s only Jimny with Wald Black Bison kit

Starting at the front, the shop has stated that this particular Jimny has been given a ton of parts from the Wald Black Bison kit. It gets a complete new front fascia with a new grille and circular LED headlights with LED DRLs. It also gets a new front bumper with integrated LED DRLs.

Apart from this, it also gets a massive roof light setup with LED lights on top. Additionally, LED flashers can be seen installed on the roof. It has also been given a more aggressive bonnet cover and LED marker lights on the fender.

The shop, in order to make it look more unique, has painted all of the parts including the grille, bumper, and bonnet cover in high gloss black. This Jimny also gets Wald Black Bison front and rear wheel arches and side skirts as well. These too have been painted in gloss black.

Moving on to the rear section of this Jimny, it now gets a Wald Black Bison rear bumper, new taillights, and a new roof spoiler. Other modifications include a fully custom brilliant blue body color and wider wheels and tires.

The exact specifications of the new gloss black alloy wheels and all-terrain tires have not been revealed. The post also highlighted that the shop has also given this particular Jimny a stage 2 tune. As for the exact power figures achieved from this tune, they have not been revealed.

Overall, this particular Jimny is one of the best-modified Jimnys that we have seen so far. It looks aggressive enough but still maintains its class. It also boasts a unique personality. It does not mimic the Mercedes Benz G63 AMG, which a lot of other Jimnys with aftermarket body kits are offering.

Stock Maruti Suzuki Jimny

From the factory, Maruti Suzuki Jimny comes equipped with a 1.5-litre petrol engine K-Series engine. This motor makes 103 bhp and 134 Nm of torque. It comes coupled with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed torque converter. Maruti Suzuki offers the Jimny in Zeta and Alpha variants. It starts at Rs 12.74 lakh and goes all the way to Rs 15.05 lakh.
