Indian Television Actress, Tejasswi Prakash has bought a new Audi Q7. She opted for a white colour which looks elegant. The prices of the Q7 start at Rs. 79.99 lakhs ex-showroom and goes up to Rs. 88.33 lakhs ex-showroom. We are not sure which variant did Tejasswi opted for.
Tejasswi is not the only one who owns an Audi Q7. In fact, Q7 is quite a popular choice among celebrities. Shanaya Kapoor, daughter of Sanjay Kapoor also recently bought a Q7 but her SUV is finished in a stealthy black colour. Raqesh Bapat also recently bought a pre-owned Audi Q7. Other actors who own an Audi Q7 are Sanjay Dutt, Yami Gautam, Shruti Hassan and Kriti Sanon.
The images and video of Tejasswi taking the delivery of the new SUV have been shared on Instagram by Varinder Chawla. Tejasswi performed the ritual of breaking a coconut and sprinkling coconut water around the vehicle. Karan Kundra also came along with Tejasswi to take the delivery of the Q7.

Audi Q7’s engine and gearbox
Audi is using a 3.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine for the Q7. The engine puts out 340 PS of max power and 500 Nm of peak torque. There is also a 48V mild-hybrid technology that provides a boost and helps with the fuel economy. The engine is mated to an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission that drives all four wheels using Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system which is offered as standard on Q7.
Despite weighing 2.2 tonnes, the Audi Q7 can hit 0-100 kmph in 5.9 seconds. It has a top speed of 250 kmph. Audi offers 5 different drive modes that alter the driving dynamics of the SUV. So, it changes the speed of the gearshifts, the responsiveness of the accelerator pedal, steering weight and the stiffness of the suspension. The five drive modes are, Auto, Individual, Comfort, Dynamic and Efficient.

Audi Q7 has to go against Jaguar F-Pace, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Land Rover Range Rover Velar, Volvo XC90, Land Rover Discovery Sport and BMW X5.

Audi offers two variants of the Q7. There is Premium Plus which is priced at Rs. 79.99 lakhs and then there is the top-end Technology which costs Rs. 88.33 lakhs. Both prices are ex-showroom.

Audi Q7 is comes loaded with features. It gets a 360-degree parking camera which makes parking the big SUV in tight parking spaces easy as the multiple cameras provide a top-down view of the SUV. There is Audi’s Virtual Cockpit which is basically a digital instrument cluster, many people consider it to be the best in the segment because it is configurable. There is four-zone climate control so every occupant gets their own independent climate zone. You also get ambient lighting to enhance the ambience during nighttime.
