While Bollywood celebrities usually prefer buying comfort-oriented S-Classes and Maybachs, there are very few of them who chose the road less taken within the Mercedes-Benz stable. We are talking about the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, also known as G-Wagen, which offers a perfect combination of luxury and off-road worthiness. We take a look at popular names from the film industry who are proud owners of the G-Wagen or are using them without owning one.

Shilpa Shetty

Recently, Shilpa Shetty became a proud owner of a rose gold coloured Mercedes-AMG G63, which was recently spotted being driven on the roads of Mumbai. The G63 is registered under Kundra’s company’s name. The SUV purchased by Kundra is in a very unique shade of Rose Gold, which is rarely seen in an SUV of this cadre.

Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir was one of the first celebrities from Bollywood to purchase a G-Wagen. Many years ago, he purchased a white-coloured Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG.

Jimmy Shergill

One of the most loved actors from Bollywood, Jimmy Shergill also bought a white-coloured Mercedes-AMG G63. He is owning the previous version of the AMG-powered G-Wagen.

Suniel Shetty

Renowned action and comedy actor Suniel Shetty is reportedly owning a grey-coloured Mercedes-Benz G350D. The internet has visuals of Suniel Shetty’s G-Wagen rolling on the streets of Mumbai.

Jahnvi Kapoor

One of the newest and youngest actresses to use a G-Wagen is Jahnvi Kapoor. The actress has been using a grey-coloured Mercedes-Benz G350D, though she is not the actual owner of the SUV.

Sara Ali Khan

There are a few visuals of Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan arriving at an event in a white-coloured Mercedes-Benz G350D. However, like Jahnvi Kapoor, Sara is also not the real owner of the G-Wagen.

Pawan Kalyan

The craze for G-Wagen is hot down the South too, as renowned Tollywood actor and politician Pawan Kalyan also owns a previous-gen white-coloured Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG.

Naga Chaitanya

Among all the fancy sports cars owned by Naga Chaitanya, the blue-coloured Mercedes-AMG G63 holds a place of its own. The actor has been seen several times driving his G-Wagen himself on the roads of Hyderabad.

Akhil Akkineni

The younger brother of Naga Chaitanya, Akhil Akkineni also owns a black-coloured G-Wagen of his own. However, he owns the previous-gen version of the Mercedes-AMG G63, unlike the new-gen version owned by his elder brother.

Vijay Sethupathi

While Vijay Sethupathi is known for stunning his fans with his charismatic acting skills on the big screen, he also surprised them when he bought a black-coloured Mercedes-AMG G63.

Dulquer Salmaan

Like Naga Chaitanya, Dulquer Salmaan is also known for his exotic car collection. He also owns a new-generation Mercedes-AMG G63 in a stunning shade of bottle green.
