Tata Motors’ latest launch, the Nexon facelift, has managed to secure the first position on the list of best-selling SUVs in October 2023. The company managed to dispatch a total of 16,887 units of the model compared to 13,767 units in the same month from last year. The YoY growth percent of Nexon was a decent 23 percent.

The main reason behind the success of the new Nexon facelift is that the company recently gave it a refresh. Tata Motors has launched the new Nexon facelift with an extensive interior and exterior design upgrade and has added a ton of segment-first features. Additionally, the company also offers this SUV with a number of different powertrain options, including petrol, diesel, and EV. Lastly, the company has also priced this sub-compact SUV very competitively in the country.

Its outdated interior was also updated with a brand new layout, and it received a ton of new features, including the previously missing electric sunroof.

Other reasons for its immense success in India include the backing of Maruti Suzuki’s extensive sales and service network. The new Brezza comes with a 1.2-litre naturally petrol engine as well as a CNG variant as well. It also happens to be the only car in India to offer the automatic transmission with its CNG power plant.

The primary reason for the increased sales of the Scorpio is that the company has now started dispatching more units of the newly launched Scorpio-N. The company currently has a backlog of over 2.86 lakh for this model. Apart from this, other reasons behind the success of Scorpio are its brand image. The SUV is extremely popular, and even today, a ton of people are buying the Mahindra Scorpio Classic, which is essentially the previous generation model. When combined, both of these models also offer a ton of drivetrain options, making it even more popular amongst buyers. It also comes with a dedicated 4X4 system as well.
