The Lamborghini scissor doors are easily one of if not the most iconic doors of all the types of the doors that are in this world. The quintessential scissor doors have always attracted the attention of everyone who sees them and we mostly see them on ultra-expensive Lamborghini V12 supercars. Most recently a small video on the popular social media platform Instagram was shared in which we saw a Toyota Glanza equipped with these iconic doors.

The video of this particular previous generation of the Toyota Glanza was shared on Instagram by petrolhead.01. In the video we can see a completely custom-built Toyota Glanza. The car in the video has been modified to be like the JDM cars from Japan. The car gets a custom gloss plum purple wrap along with the biggest upgrade of the Lambo doors.

We can note that the car also has some other aesthetic modifications as well. The list of these upgrades includes fierce-looking all-red headlamps, and a bespoke set of alloy wheels finished in silver with a golden step lip. The wheels look like they are inspired by the famous BBS brand of wheels.
Additionally we can also note that all the chrome has been deleted by the shop in which the car has been customized. Furthermore, we can also note that the car gets a custom bonnet with a massive scoop. At the front in the lower section of the bumper we can also spot an additional aggressive front splitter as well. Meanwhile at the rear we can note a custom decklid mounted spoiler and a set of after market taillamps as well.
Overall, the car has been modified to the maximum and looks extremely aggressive. We do not know if there has been any modifications made to the engine and performance side of things. But if there are not then this particular Glanza could be powered by any of the two engine options that came available with this generation model.
The Indo-Japanese carmaker Toyota Kirloskar Motors launched this Glanza back in 2019 with two petrol engines options. Both 1.2-litre petrol units from borrowed from Maruti Suzuki, and were the same ones that were found on the Baleno. The first option which was the 1.2-litre petrol churned out 82 Bhp of power along with 112 Nm of torque. The second engine option which was the 1.2-litre, K12C DualJet engine with a mild-hybrid system produced 89 Bhp of power and 113 Nm of torque. Both the engines get a 5-speed manual transmission with the non-hybrid engine getting a CVT box too.
The Toyota Glanza just like the Grand Vitara and Urban Cruiser Hyryder is a model that Toyota has borrowed from the country’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Last year, the company also launched the newest generation of the Glanza which is once again based on the Maruti Suzuki Baleno’s latest generation model. Just like the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, the new Glanza is also available with the same 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine. The engine generates a maximum power of 90 PS and peak torque of 113 Nm. The Glanza comes available with a five-speed manual and a five-speed AMT transmission and starts at Rs 6.66 lakh (ex-showroom).
