The Indian subsidiary of Czech automaker Skoda, Skoda India, launched the Slavia mid-size sedan in November of 2021. Since then, this model has helped turn the fortunes of Skoda in India, gaining immense popularity over the years, particularly among automotive enthusiasts who enjoy modifying their cars. Recently, a set of pictures of one of the most tastefully modified Skoda Slavias were shared on Instagram, and we can attest that this car looks pretty sweet.
Tanishq.batra20 shared these pictures of the modified Skoda Slavia on their Instagram profile. According to the car owner, the car has been wrapped in a high-gloss black PPF (Paint Protection Film) instead of traditional wrap, which is believed to give a more paint-like look and provide protection against rock chips and UV damage. PPF generally has a longer lifespan than traditional wraps.
In addition, the owner mentioned that the car has been tuned by GT Tunerz with their stage one tune. The stock 1.0 TSI engine produces 113 BHP and 178 Nm of torque, but with the Stage 1 remap from GT Tunerz, it now delivers around 135.4 bhp of maximum power and 247.32 Nm of torque.

As mentioned before, the Skoda Slavia is one of the most popular cars among automotive enthusiasts, based on the MQB A0 IN platform, which is also used in the Skoda Kushaq. The car is primarily designed and developed for the Indian market, featuring a sculpted look with sharp creases all over. The front of the Slavia boasts Skoda’s signature chrome-rimmed butterfly grille and crystalline LED headlights. The side profile is sleek, with the roof sloping down, giving it a coupe-like appearance. The rear has clean edges, and the car has a muscular appearance, exuding road presence.
Regarding features, the Skoda Slavia includes a sunroof, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and an 8-inch virtual cockpit MID. The Slavia also features ambient lighting, connected car technology, wireless phone charging, ventilated seats, rear AC vents, two USB-C charging sockets at the rear, and a subwoofer.
The Skoda Slavia comes with a choice of two TSI petrol engines: a 1.0 TSI producing 113 BHP and 178 Nm of torque, with an optional six-speed automatic transmission; and a 1.5-litre TSI with ACT, producing a power output of 147.51 BHP and maximum torque of 250 Nm.
