Jaguar F-Pace spied at dealership.

Jaguar showcased the F-Pace SUV at the 2016 Auto Expo and said that the car will enter the Indian market later in the year. A black F-Pace has been spotted in the dealer stockyard of India.

Jaguar has already revealed details of the F-Pace on their Indian site. According to that, the F-Pace will come in three trim levels, the Pure, Prestige and R-Sport. There will also be a limited edition First Edition model that will be available initially.

The Pure and Prestige trim will come with a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine. The engine develops 177 Bhp and 430 Nm. This will accelerate the F-Pace from -100 in 8.7 seconds with a top speed of 208 kmph.

The R-Sport and the limited First edition trim will come with the larger 3.0 liter V6 engine that makes 296 Bhp and 700 Nm. 0-100 comes up in 6.2 seconds with this engine and the top speed is 241 kmph. Both the engines will come mated to an 8 speed ZF gearbox and will come with AWD as standard.

The F-Pace is based on the new iQ aluminium architecture like the recently launched XE and the soon to be launched XF. The base variant will come equipped with 18″ alloys, 10 way electrically adjustable front seats, bi-xenon headlamps with LED day time running lamps. The Prestige will get a rear view camera in addition to that.

The R-Sport will feature larger 19″ alloys along with a new body kit containing new front and rear bumpers, body coloured door cladding with satin black finish. It will also get interior mood lighting and sports seats with memory. As for the First Edition, it will have 20″ alloys, a different body kit with different bumpers and chrome finish, adaptive dynamics, panoramic sun roof and Meridian sound system.

The vehicle is expected to be launched later this year.
