Jeep Compass available at a discount of up to Rs. 1.2 lakhs

Jeep Compass is the best selling vehicle from the FCA garage and has massive popularity in the market. With the year-end sales offered by the manufacturers, Jeep is also offering massive discounts on variants of the Jeep Compass. The offer is valid until 31st December.

Jeep is offering various kinds of benefits on the different kind of variants. The 4X2 variants are getting benefits of up to Rs. 50,000. Under the scheme, Jeep is offering to upgrade the 4X2 variants to 4X4 variants without any extra cost. This is applicable to the customers who have already booked the 4X2 variants or will book it soon. This is not the customers who have already received the delivery of the vehicle.

Jeep is also offering year-end benefits of up to Rs. 73,000 and special benefits of up to Rs. 1.2 lakhs on the 4X4 variants. The exact details of the benefits and discounts are not known right now but they are expected to be cash discounts, exchange bonus, accessories at a lower price and other such things. This would be a good time for the people who want to buy a new vehicle as most manufacturers, including Jeep have announced that they will increase the prices from January 2019.

The Jeep Compass is currently available in both diesel and petrol engine options in India. The diesel variants are powered by a 2.0-litre Fiat Multijet engine that generates a maximum power of 170 Bhp and 350 Nm. It gets a 6-speed manual transmission as standard. Jeep is yet to offer an automatic version of the diesel Compass in India. The petrol variants of the Jeep Compass get powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged engine that generates a maximum of 160 Bhp and 250 Nm. The petrol engine gets either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Jeep Compass diesel gets both 4X2 and 4X4 drive layouts but the petrol engine only gets a 4X2 set-up.

Jeep India recently launched a new top-end variant in the Indian market. Known as the Limited Plus, it gets many added features like the sunroof among other features. However, Jeep is not offering any discount on the newly introduced version. Jeep will soon bring in the Trailhawk variant of the Compass in the Indian market. The long-awaited, top-end version gets many high-end features like a panoramic sunroof, a low-ratio transfer case, different bumpers for aggressive looks and higher approach and departure angle among many other added features. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk would be priced at around Rs. 25 lakhs. The current version of the Jeep Compass is priced between Rs. 15.40 lakhs and Rs. 22.90 lakhs, ex-showroom, Delhi.
