The newest iteration of the South Korean automaker Hyundai’s Verna has been officially launched in India starting at Rs 10.9 lakh and already has gained an immense amount of popularity. The mid-size sedan deserves all the hype around it as the car has become better than ever and has exceeded expectations on almost every front. Recently a complete and detailed walkaround video of the car was shared on the internet.

The video of the new 2023 Verna’s walkaround has been shared on YouTube by sansCARi sumit. The video starts with the presenter showing off the side profile of the car where he begins the walkaround of the car. He states that this new Verna has grown a lot in size and when compared to its previous generations which were known for being a little smaller on the outside this one is the opposite. He mentions that the car gets amazing creases on the sides and adds that the company has given the new sedan elements borrowed from the flagship SUV Tucson.

He then states that the car now gets no chrome elements and instead gets brushed silver finishes on the door grab handles and window moldings. He then moves on to the diamond-cut alloy wheels of the car where he also adds that these too are finished in the same brushed silver finish. The alloy wheels in the cars are 16-inch in diameter. He then moves on the front of the car where he shows the long connected LED DRL of the car and the complete LED headlights. He mentions that the car now gets parking sensors on the front as well as the rear. He also shows the dark chrome elements on the front grille.

Moving on he then presents the rear of the new Verna. He mentions that in the rear too the Hyundai Verna which previously used to be in chrome now gets the same brushed silver finish and the car gets the VERNA badging just below the Hyundai moniker. He also shows the rear connected LED taillamps of the car. Following this he hops on to the interior of the car and shows the dual tone theme of the car. He starts off with the door panel where he adds that the car gets a mix of soft touch finishes and hard plastics. He also shows the power adjustable driver seat.

He then sits inside the car and closes the door and after realizing the quality he once opens the door and closes and praises the increased build quality of the car. Following this he shows the ambient lighting of the car and states that it will featured all around the dashboard and interior of the new Verna. He then starts the car and shows the 10.25-inch dual screens along with the automatic climate controller. He then explains various functionalities of the car and shows the rear seating as well. He opens the boot of the car and presents the space and then moves on to the engine compartment of the car.

He tells that Hyundai will not be offering the car in diesel anymore. He states there will be 1.5-liter petrol engine options for the vehicle. Both a manual and automatic transmission are options for the 1.5-liter petrol engine, which has a maximum output of 115 Hp. The more potent 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine comes with both a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed automatic DCT and can produce a maximum output of 160 Hp. The all-new Verna is the fastest vehicle in its class with a 0-100 Kph time of 8.1 seconds for the turbo petrol version.
