Kia Seltos is currently one of the most popular mid size SUV in the segment. Kia launched Seltos in 2019 and ever since then, it has gained popularity among buyers for its bold looks and features. Kia Seltos competes with cars like Hyundai Creta, MG Hector, Tata Harrier in the segment. Kia recently unveiled their X-Line version of Seltos SUV. It is basically a much more rugged looking version of the top-end GT Line version of the SUV. Here we have a set of digitally rendered images that show how Seltos would look like if Kia were to launch a Diamond Edition of the SUV.
The rendered images have been designed and shared by sdesyn on their Instagram page. The Diamond Edition seen here is just a product of artist’s imagination and Kia currently has no plans to come up with such a version. The Diamond Edition of Kia Seltos is actually a much more premium looking version of the regular Seltos SUV. Just like X-Line version, the Diamond Edition is also based on the top-end version of the SUV.

In comparison to a regular Seltos, there is a lot chrome used in this car. The front grille is completely finished in chrome and that along with the all LED headlamps and ice cube shaped LED fog lamps give it a premium look. As this is meant to look a lot more premium, artist has completely deleted the black claddings on the lower part of the bumper, wheel arches and other parts. All these parts are now painted in white.
It however retains the silver colour skid plate. The LED turn indicators which are placed below the headlamps are now probably integrated with the headlamps for a sleeker look. A chrome garnish is also seen on the rear portion of the car. Coming to the side profile, the SUV looks taller than the regular version. The reason behind that is the bigger wheels. The dual tone alloy wheels on Seltos have been replaced with larger chrome finished multi-spoke alloy wheels. The wheels are wrapped in low profile tyres and all four wheels get bigger disc brakes too.
At the rear, the artist has made minor changes to the tail lamps. The units are still LED but, it is now a lot more sleeker that the original units. The chrome strip continues to run between the lights and there is a roof mounted spoiler and a shark fin antenna too.
