Kia Seltos has the highest waiting period, Renault Duster the least: Compact SUV waiting times this November

The compact SUV segment is one of the most fiercely competed segments in the market. It consists of cars like Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, Renault Duster, Renault Captur, Nissan Kicks, and the most recent addition, the Kia Seltos. Due to the high demands, a few of these SUVs have high waiting periods on them, depending on the variant, location and colour. Talking first about the Kia Seltos, the compact SUV is having the highest waiting period this month. The waiting period of the Seltos stretches from a month to five. The lowest waiting times are in cities like Hyderabad, Chennai and Lucknow where the waiting period is of 1 month. The closest rival to the Seltos, Hyundai Creta has dropped down on waiting periods. In fact, there is no waiting period in eight out of 20 cities. The maximum waiting period for the Creta is in Chandigarh, Ghaziabad and Delhi. Talking about the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, the crossover is readily available in as many as 10 cities, including Bengaluru, Pune and Indore. For buyers in Noida, Patna, Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai, there is a waiting period of around four to six weeks.

Talking about the Renault Duster and Captur both the SUVs from the French manufacturer can be had without any wait time in 11 cities, including Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad. The maximum waiting period is reserved for Jaipur and Bengaluru buyers. Last on the list is the Nissan Kicks, which is readily available in Delhi, Chennai, Ghaziabad and Indore. Nissan dealers in other cities might have to keep you hanging for 25 days at most.
