Kia will launch the all-new Seltos in the Indian market in the coming times. The all-new car will be based on an all-new platform and will take on the cars like Hyundai Creta, MG Hector and Tata Harrier in the Indian market. Kia officially started taking bookings for the Seltos in the Indian market, and on the first day of bookings, Kia amassed around 6,046 bookings, which became a new record. Kia has also officially released the pictures of the interiors of the car.
The all-new Kia Seltos will be launched on 22nd August. Before that, Kia officially showcased the car in India However, Kia kept the interiors of the vehicle under the wraps. Kia has now released the official pictures of the interiors, which reveals all about the interiors. The five photos of the Kia Seltos highlights all the essential features that will be available with the car when it is launched. It should be noted that interested customers can book the vehicle at a payment of Rs 25,000. Bookings can be made online.
The Kia Seltos will get an advanced 7.0-inch colour information display. The screen is positioned between two analogue dials that are the tachometer and the speedometer of the car. The information display will be used to show various information about the vehicle and will also allow the driver to configure the settings of the car. Just above the instrument cluster dials, there are all the warning lamps positioned neatly. Even the turn indicators are placed in the top panel.
The Kia Seltos will also get a first-of-its-kind mood lighting system. The ambient light system changes colour and is connected to the 8-speaker system from Bose, which is also a first-in-segment feature. The connected ambient light works by changing the lights and intensity of the lights according to the music. It sure will be a fun cabin with dancing music lights.
Head-Up Display will also be a feature that will be available in a budget vehicle for the first time. The all-new Seltos will get a factory-installed that will show the speed, navigation and other important information like the caller’s name and speed limits. It would enable the driver to get all the information without taking the eyes off the roads.
The Seltos will also come with the world’s first Smart Pure Air Purifier. The system will be integrated into the car, unlike the Hyundai Venue’s system. It will have a dedicated display that will show the air quality of the cabin and will allow the users to control the flow of the air too.
The Kia Seltos will be launched with three engine options – 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre diesel and 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol. All three engine options get three different automatic transmission options, which is again a first-in-the-segment.
