In terms of space, Kia Sonet is offering decent amount of space in the second row and boot. Some of them have been complaining about the space in the second row but, vlogger found it sufficient and says he an easily seat 5 passengers at the rear. Another feature that he liked in the car was the sunroof, it is decently large and gives cabin an airy feel. AC vents are available for rear passengers which comes as an added advantage in North Indian summers.

The steering is quite light which vlogger found convenient for his style of driving. Vlogger started his trip from Delhi and he mentions that after driving it for over 500 kms in mix driving conditions, the Sonet was showing him a fuel economy of around 13 kmpl which is good. Vlogger is happy with the ride quality, NVH levels and handling of the Kia Sonet. He does not mention anything about the vehicle that he thought could have been improved. He says that the iMT has really impressed him and HTX trim is actually a value for money version.

Kia Sonet is available with three engine options. There is a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated engine with manual gearbox. A 1.5 litre turbo diesel engine with both manual and automatic gearbox option and a 1.0 litre, three cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine which comes with iMT and a DCT gearbox. The 1.0 litre turbo petrol engine generates 120 Ps and 172 Nm of peak torque. This is the same engine that is also doing duties in Hyundai Venue and all-new i20.
