Kim Kardashian’s new custom Mercedes-Maybach S580 luxury sedan: In images

Kim Kardashian is one of the most popular celebrities in the world. In fact, her whole family is quite famous. Kim just bought a new Mercedes-Maybach S580 luxury sedan for her. She opted to get a custom paint job for it. The S580 is now finished in the “Pantone” job that was done by The Platinum Group.  The pictures are shared on Instagram by carcrazy.india.

The Maybach S580 starts at a whopping $184,900. This price is before any customization options. As of now, we do not know what all options did Kim Kardashian choose. It is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine that has been twin-turbocharged. This is the same engine that many AMG models use.

In S580, it is tuned to produce 496 hp of max power and 700 Nm of peak torque. A 9-speed automatic transmission drives all four wheels using Mercedes’s 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system. Moreover, the engine also gets a mild-hybrid technology to save some fuel. The S580 can hit a ton in 4.7 seconds.

Being a Maybach, it comes with a Maybach grille and wheels. There are LED headlamps and split LED tail lamps. A panoramic sunroof lets in a lot of light and makes the interior feel airy. As standard, you get wooden trim and Nappa leather upholstery. However, there are several customization options through which you can change the trim, upholstery and alloy wheels.

It comes with 12-way powered front seats with memory, heated, cooling and massaging functions. There is keyless entry, soft close doors, powered rear sunshades, electrically open/close for boot, four-zone climate control, side logo projectors, heat and noise insulated glass and much more. Moreover, there is a digital driver’s display with a 3d mode, 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, multi-function steering wheel, augmented reality for navigation, voice commands, biometric authentication, OTA updates, Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging and a lot more.

Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren

The SLR McLaren was the flagship supercar from Mercedes-Benz. It was made in collaboration with McLaren. Now, McLaren is working as an independent manufacturer. The SLR was discontinued in 2010. It was powered by a 5.8-litre, V8 engine that produced 617 bhp of max power and 780 Nm of peak torque. It came with gullwing type doors and more importantly the exhausts exited from the sides and they sounded insane!

Jeep Wrangler

The Wrangler is a great SUV for off-roading but now it has also been used by many celebrities because of the road presence and heritage. Kim’s Wrangler is finished in a stealthy black colour.

Ferrari 458 Italia

Kim Kardashian has also been spotted driving a Ferrari 458 Italia. It is not finished in Ferrari’s famous red colour. The 458 Italia’s engine is known to be one of the best sounding naturally aspirated V8 engine. The engine was a 4.5-litre V8 and it produced 562 bhp of max power and 540 Nm of peak torque. Ferrari has now discontinued the 458 Italia.
