The name Lamborghini brings several pictures in front of our eyes. Lamborghini has manufactured several cars that looked wild and were poster worthy. Growing up many of might have had Pictures of Diablo and Gallardo on our walls. It is because of such uniquely designed supercars, they have a huge fan following. Many of us might have dreamt of buying a Lamborghini and only a few could have actually converted this dream into a reality. The main reason is the price. These sportscars are extremely expensive to buy and maintain but, we being Indian’s have a jugaad for almost everything. We have seen videos where replicas of supercars are made on regular sedans and hatchbacks. Here we have one such video where a Honda Civic sedan is modified to look like a Lamborghini Aventador.

The video has been shared by dreamcustomsindia on their Instagram page and this is one of their recent project. Before we talk about the modification let’s see what a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is. SVJ stands for “Superveloce Jota”. Superveloce means Superfast in Italian whereas the Jota is designation that Lamborghini gives to their track version cars. In short Aventador SVJ is a much more powerful machine than standard Aventador and is a road legal track car. It looks a lot more aggressive than the regular Aventador.

The Aventador SVJ is powered by a 6.5 litre naturally aspirated V12 engine that generates 770 bhp and 720 Nm of peak torque. The power is sent to all four wheels using a 7-speed ISR transmission. Recently a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ was listed in the used car market and it was available for Rs 5.75 crore. If you were planning to buy a one brand new, it would easily cost you around Rs 9.5 crore, on road.
This could have been the main reason that would have lead the owner into modifying his Honda Civic to look like an Aventador. The video does not show how they work on this project was done. They simply show how the final product actually looks like. It is going to be hard for anyone to figure out that, this car started its life as normal Honda Civic sedan. The length and width of the car along with its lowered stance offered perfect conditions for this modification.
All the panels seen on this car that make it look like an Aventador SVJ were probably custom made. The front bumper, bonnet, splitter and fenders were all custom made, The headlights and the tail lights on this SVJ replica look similar to the one seen on original. It gets scissor door but, unlike Lamborghini, it has a frame in it.
The video shows the rear where twin exhaust pipes are seen and they are producing a deep exhaust note as well. The large wheels arches and increased ground clearance in the replica are couple of things that would rise a question in your mind. Other than this, they have done a great job with the exteriors. The interiors on this replica have also been modified. the car a custom made steering wheel with an aftermarket Tesla like touchscreen in the center. This is one of the best looking Lamborghini replicas in the country at the moment.
