Lamborghini revs hard, police respond with siren!

India roads, Super cars and cops are not always the right combination. Number of people buying sports car and supercars in India have increased over the year. For example, there are now more number of Lamborghinis on Indian roads than they were a decade ago. We have seen several videos where supercar owners get in trouble with cops for the loud exhaust, overspeeding. They were even seized for alleged tax evasion. There have been many incidents, where supercars were involved in fatal accidents. Here we have a video where a Lamborghini owner revs his hard. The video has been uploaded by Spotter India on his YouTube channel. In this video, a Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder can be seen in the video. In this video, driver of the Huracan Performante Spyder starts the car and revs it hard. The performance exhaust on the Huracan was loud and people who were looking at the car were actually enjoying it. Super car spotters who were around the car including the vlogger who uploaded this video can be seen taking videos and pictures of the car.

The driver got excited and revved the engine once again but, this time around a Maruti Ertiga that belongs to Karnataka police arrived at the spot. It slowly moved towards Lamborghini. As soon as the driver revved the car once again, police responded by blowing the siren. The driver spotted the police vehicle and slowly moved the vehicle forward to escape from the cops. It looks like, the cops were just trying to warn the driver to not rev the car in the area as it might create disturbance to some.

The vlogger can be seen following the Huracan inside the city. The driver was driving the car rashly in the city. He can be seen overtaking buses and other vehicles on crowded roads. The sound of the exhaust was very loud and that was actually giving many people an indications that a fast car is coming their way. The Huracan Performante Spyder is a track focused convertible supercar. It comes with a fabric top that can fold in 17 seconds.

Hurcan Performante is powered by a 5.2 litre naturally aspirated Vq0 engine that generates 640 Ps and 600 Nm of peak torque. The Spyder version retains the body kit of the Performante with forged carbon-fibre used for the front spoiler, rear wing and rear diffuser. The car weighs around 1,507 kilograms and it now takes 3.1 seconds to go from 0-10 kmph. It can go from 0-200 kmph in just 9.3 seconds which is extremely quick.

After reading these figures, it is quite clear that Huracán Performante Spyder is a quick car. It is quite evident in the video as well. The driver can be seen accelerating through gaps and within seconds, the car has already reached the end of the road. Lamborghini Huracan Performante costs around 3.97 crore, ex-showroom. The soft top convertible version or the Spyder would easily cost over 4 crore to a buyer, ex-showroom.
