Mahindra Thar is one of the most affordable and popular 4×4 SUVs sold in Indian market. The SUV was launched in the market couple of years and it received an overwhelming response from the customers across the country. It is now a commonly seen SUV in off-roading groups and we have seen several videos of the SUVs as well. The modifications options for Mahindra Thar are also available in the market. Some modify the SUV to make it more capable off-road while others take the SUV and madify it to look premium. Here we have a Mahindra Thar Mafia 2.0 SUV with subtle yet classy looking modifications.
The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. In this video, vlogger talks about all the customisation that his team did on the SUV. Starting with the front, the stock grille has been replaced with a Jeep Wranger like aftermarket unit. The headlamps have also been replaced with aftermarket LED units. The main attraction of this Mahindra Thar is that the bumper and the thick black cladding around the car has been finished in body colour. The metallic black shade matches with the body colour and it gives Thar a different look.

The skid plate on this SUV has been finished in Red and the fog lamps are still integrated in the bumper. Coming to the side profile, the SUV gets stock 18 inch alloy wheels but, they are now finished in gloss black. The Thar branding on the wheels have been highlighted in Red. The brake calipers are also painted Red for a sporty look. The ORVMs and the foot board are also finished in black for a uniform look. This is the hard top version of Mahindra Thar and this has been finished gloss black. Coming to the rear, the spare wheel is mounted on the tailgate and the rear bumper is also finished in metallic black. The stock tail lamps have been replaced with aftermarket units and a set of reflector lamps have also been installed on the bumper.
A set of roof marker lamps have also been installed on this SUV to get a different look. The list of exterior modifications end here. The owner has also opted for interior customisations. The fabric seat covers on the car have been replaced with beige coloured custom fit leatherette seat covers. The door pads are also wrapped in leather and similarly, the silver panels on the door have been finished in black. The steering wheel on this SUV also gets beige treatment on the horn pad and the steering gets a black leather wrap too. The AC vents have been replaced with aftermarket units and the dashboard also gets gloss black elements.There are ambient lights installed on the door and the the roof mounted speakers have also been painted in black and beige theme. The car looks premium from inside. The exterior modifications on this SUV are subtle but, they are definitely elevating the overall look of the SUV.
