Out of these four SUVs, old generation Mahindra Thar and the Pajero has been modified for off-roading while the other two SUVs only get minor modifications.

The group starts travelling and they soon start getting a hint on how the road ahead is going to be. In a landslide last year, a portion of the roads were washed away and there are rocks all over the place. The group soon enters the rough road section. Old-generation Mahindra Thar was doing pretty well in those conditions. The off-road modifications done to the car had only helped in increasing the overall capability of the Thar. All the SUVs were performing well initially.

Fortuner was also struggling at places as there is no differential locks in the older Fortuner. With right technique however, Toyota Fortuner was also making progress. A rider in his Royal Enfield Himalayan was also with the group and the terrain was so harsh that the biker fell many times. The old-generation Mahindra Thar was performing well and so was the Pajero SFX. The new Mahindra Thar was was also doing pretty well. The path was so narrow at places that without proper guidance from the spotter, the car would easily get stuck.

The whole trip was well planned and that is how such off-road trips should always. In this video, the vlogger and his friends have not reached to the top yet.
