Other than this, Mahindra’s new logo can be seen on the XUV300 as well. Overall design of the SUV remains the same as before. Vlogger starts driving the SUV and mentions that he has been driving regular turbo petrol version of XUV300 for last couple of years and he can definitely feel a lot improvements in the car. He starts by mentioning that the TurboSport series is a lot more powerful and punchier to drive. The torque is available in this SUV from a very lower RPMs and even while driving on 6th gear, the engine has power in reserve which comes in handy while overtaking on highways.
The NVH levels have improved a lot and the overall vibration on the steering and gear lever has also reduced. Vlogger mentions that it is definitely a fun to drive SUV and the overall weight and safety ratings of the SUV also offers the owners confidence. It handles pretty well at high speeds and the suspension is on the stiffer side. This has been deliberately done to improve the handling. Even in the regular XUV300, suspensions were stiff. Vlogger also talks about the cabin of the XUV300 TurboSport. In order to achieve a sporty look, Mahindra has completely blacked out the interior.
In the regular version, it gets a beige colour interior which gives it a premium look but, it is quite hard to maintain. Mahindra however has not made any design changes or given any other feature update.Vlogger felt that Mahindra could have offered something different in the cabin that will make it different. He also felt that Mahindra could have offered a proper automatic transmission instead of AMT. The TurboSport variant is only available with manual gearbox. The regular version is still offered in the market along with diesel engine option.
