The Diwali-Dussehra festive period may have ended but carmakers are still offering a host of discount offers on their cars as the year finally draws to an end. India’s largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki is offering big discounts of up to Rs 72,500 depending on the car and model purchased by the customer. In this post, we’ll take a look at all the year-end offers from Maruti for November.
Max Discount: Rs 55,100
The Alto 800 is the entry-level offering from Maruti Suzuki in India and the carmakers is offering the hatchback with discounts of up to Rs 55,100.
This includes Rs 20,000 as a cash discount. If customers exchange the Alto for a car that is less than 7 years old, then an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 will be offered. However, if the car being exchanged is over 7 years old, then the bonus drops down to Rs 20,000. In addition, Maruti is also offering a corporate discount of Rs 5,100 on the Alto.
Max Discount: Rs 55,100
The Alto K10 brings a bigger engine and different styling to the hot-selling hatchback. Maruti is offering the Alto K10 with discounts of up to Rs 55,100.
The discounts include Rs 15,000 cash on both manual and AMT models. The AMT models get an extra Rs 5,000 when it comes to the exchange bonuses on offer. The AMT variants get a bonus of Rs 35,000 for cars less than 7 years old or Rs 25,000 for those over the age of seven. For the manual variants, the numbers drop to Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 for cars under/over the 7-year mark respectively. Maruti is also offering a corporate discount of Rs 5,100 on the Alto K10.
Max Discount: Rs 70,100
Maruti is set to bring a new Wagon R the public in 2019 and till then it seems to be offering the tall-boy hatchback with a host of discounts. As part of its year-end discount scheme, Maruti is offering the Wagon R with discounts of up to Rs 70,100.
These discounts include a cash discount of up to Rs 30,000 for all petrol variants of the car which drops to Rs 25,000 for the CNG Wagon R models. The AMT variants of the Wagon R get an extra Rs 5,000 in terms of exchange bonus compared to all manual models.
For cars under 7 years old bought in for exchange, Maruti offers an exchange bonus of Rs 35,000 for the AMT variants and Rs 30,000 for the manual versions. For exchanged cars that are over 7 years old, the discounts drop to Rs 25,000 for the AMT and Rs 20,000 for the manual versions. Also, Maruti is offering a corporate bonus of Rs 5,100 on the Wagon R.
Max Discount: Rs 65,100
The Maruti Celerio is being offered with discounts of up to Rs 65,100 as part of the year-end schemes. These discounts include a maximum cash discount of Rs 30,000 for the Celerio AMT. The regular petrol manual Celerio gets a cash discount of Rs 25,000 which drops to Rs 20,000 for the CNG variants. Maruti is also offering a corporate discount of Rs 5,100 on the Celerio.
In terms of exchange bonuses, those purchasing the AMT variants of the Celerio get an extra Rs 5,000 compared to those purchasing the manual Celerio. For cars under 7 years in age, the exchange bonus is Rs 30,000 for those buying the Celerio AMT versus Rs 25,000 for those opting for the manual gearbox. In terms of exchanges over 7 years old, the bonuses drop to Rs 20,000 for the AMT models and Rs 15,000 for the manual variants.
Max Discount: Rs 50,100
The Maruti Ignis was first introduced at the 2016 Auto Expo and the carmaker is offering the quirky hatchback with discounts of up to Rs 50,100. This car is now only available with the 1.2-litre petrol engine.
The discounts include a cash discount of Rs 20,000, exchange bonuses of Rs 25,000 and finally a corporate discount of Rs 5,100.
Max Discount: Rs 52,600
Maruti launched the new Swift in India earlier this year and is offering the hatchback with discounts of up to Rs 52,600.
The petrol variants of the Swift get a cash discount Rs 27,500 for the special edition variant or Rs 20,000 for the regular models. If the car being exchanged in under 7 years old the exchange bonus is Rs 20,000, which drops to Rs 10,000, if the age goes past 7 years.
The diesel Swift gets a max cash discount of Rs 17,500 for the special edition variants, which drops to Rs 10,000 for all the other diesel models. If customers exchange their under 7-year-old car for a new Swift, they get an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000. For cars being exchanged for a diesel Swift that are over the 7-year mark, the bonus drops to Rs 15,000. All Swifts also get a corporate discount of Rs 5,100.
Max Discount: Rs 32,000
The Maruti Baleno is the most premium hatchback offering from the nation’s largest carmaker. As part of the year-end offers, new Baleno customers can avail discounts of up to Rs 32,000. This includes a Rs 10,000 cash discount, an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and finally a corporate discount of Rs 7,000.
Max Discount: Rs 72,500
The Maruti Dzire is the best-selling sedan in India and Maruti is offering it with discounts of up to Rs 72,500.
The Petrol models of the Dzire get a max discount of Rs 62,500. This includes a max cash discount of Rs 32,500 for the special edition Dzire, which drops to Rs 25,000 for every other petrol variant. Also offered is an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 for cars under 7 years. For cars over that magic number, the bonus drops by Rs 10,000.
The diesel Dzire gets a max discount of Rs 72,500 this November. This includes a Rs 32,500 discount for the special edition Dzire, with all other diesel models getting a rebate of Rs 25,000. The Exchange bonus for cars under the age of 7 is Rs 40,000, which drops to Rs 30,000 when the car being exchanged is over 7 years old.
Max Discount: Rs 50,000
Maruti just a few ago launched the facelifted Ciaz with its new petrol engine only a few weeks back in India. Maruti is offering its most premium sedan with a discount of Rs 50,000. This includes a cash discount of Rs 15,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000, no matter the age of the car and along with a corporate discount of Rs 10,000.c
Max Discount: Rs 45,000
The S-Cross Maruti’s current most premium offering on sale today. Maruti is offering the S-Cross Delta with discounts of up to Rs 45,000. This includes Rs 23,000 as a cash discount, an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and a Rs 7,000 corporate discount.
