Maruti Ertiga with customised interior looks beautiful [Video]

Customising interior or exterior of a car is quite common in India. We have seen several videos related to customisation on the internet. The main reason why many buyers go for aftermarket accessories and customisation is because the top-end variant that often come with all the features is way too expensive. If the customer buys a lower variant and then customises it he is saving a lot of money and he can opt from the features that he want. Here we have one such video where the interior of the a VXI variant Maruti Ertiga has been beautifully customised.

The video has been uploaded by Vlog Bazaar on their YouTube channel. In this video vlogger takes us through the whole customisation process. It shows how the MPV was looking when it arrived at the workshop and how it is leaving. The owner of the shop starts by showing what all customisations have been made to the car on the outside. The headlamps get chrome garnish, there are aftermarket dual function LED DRLs on the bumper, Maruti Ertiga’s genuine fog lamps, rain visor, lower window garnish, lower door chrome garnish and an aftermarket roof rack has also been installed.

At the rear, pillar LED lamps have been installed along with chrome garnishes on the tailgate and bumper. Moving in, the seats on this car were completely removed and the flooring was done. Other than that multiple LED cabin lamps were installed in the car. The faux wooden panel that is available on the dashboard has been hydro dipped and it now gets a darker wooden finish to it. similar treatment has been done to the panels on the doors and cupholders in the third row. The cabin looks a lot more upmarket as several light coloured materials have been used in it.

The fabric seat covers have been replaced with custom fit dual tone leatherette upholstery. The fit and finish of the seat covers look quite neat as well. The steering wheel is also wrapped in two tone and also gets faux wooden insert. Coming to the other cusotmisations, the car now comes with an aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple Carplay. The speaker setup in the Ertiga has also been upgraded for better experience.

Other than this, scuff plates have been installed and ambient lights that can be controlled using a remote has also been installed in this Ertiga. Overall, the work done on this Maruti Ertiga looks very neat and upmarket. Many of the accessories that are used on the exterior are genuine accessories from Maruti. Marut Ertiga is a 7-seater MPV that is sold in the market.

The current generation was launched in the market couple of years ago and it is currently offered with a petrol engine only. It uses a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that is also doing duties in many other Maruti models. The engine generates 105 Ps and 138 Nm of peak torque. A CNG fuel version of the Ertiga is also available in the market. Ertiga is offered with both manual and automatic transmission options.
