Maruti Ertiga lower variant beautifully modified into a top-end variant

Maruti Ertiga is one of the popular MPVs in the Indian market. Ertiga is a popular vehicle in both passenger and commercial segment. The current generation Ertiga has been in the market for more than couple of years and we have seen several examples of customised Ertiga MPVs from different parts of the country during this time. Even the first generation Ertiga was  very popular in car modification circle and we have featured many of them on our website as well. Here we have a video, where lower variant of the current generation Ertiga has been neatly modified into a top-end variant.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. The video shows all the customisations that are done to the MPV. At the front, the car gets a body coloured bumper guard with chrome garnishes on it. The X-shaped diffused or the guard goes well with the overall design of the car.

The headlight remains the same but, it now comes with an aftermarket LED DRL and HID lights in it. The stock fog lamps have also been replaced for aftermarket units. Coming to the side profile, the steel wheels have been replaced for Ertiga’s original 15 inch alloy wheels and there are other genuine accessories like lower window garnish, door beading with chrome, door visors and the door handles were replaced with chrome units.

At the rear, there is Maruti’s genuine spoiler was installed on the roof and it also got an XL6 pillar light above the tail lamp. The car also had reflector LED lamps on the bumper and the bumper itself got an aftermarket diffuser at the rear. Moving, the Ertiga got a fully customised interior. An illuminated scuff plate was installed on the car. The plastic trims on the door which were earlier finished to look like wood were replaced with carbon fiber like finish. It is a set of 10 plastic trims which gave cabin a premium look.

Other than this, the steering also got similar carbon fiber finish and it also comes with ambient lights on the dashboard and doors. The fabric seat covers have been replaced for premium looking dual tone ultra soft seat covers. The car also gets Ertiga’s original armrest which has been installed by replacing the center console. The car also gets an aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system installed in it.  7D Floor mats have been installed on the car and the cabin has been completely transformed to look like a top-end trim.

As this is Ertiga it comes in 7-seater option only. Overall, the work done on the Ertiga looks very neat and it does not look like a lower variant Maruti Ertiga from any angle anymore. Maruti Ertiga is currently available in the market with petrol and CNG fuel options. The engine powering the Ertiga is a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that has been developed by Suzuki inhouse. The engine generates 105 Ps and 138 Nm of peak torque. The engine is currently available with manual and a 4-speed automatic transmission option.
