Maruti Ertiga’s New Top-End Variant – Explore Features, Pricing & More

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga

The Maruti Ertiga is one of the most popular 7-seater MPVs in its segment. It has been present in the market for years and has grabbed customers’ interest for its spacious interiors and affordable price tag. Maruti sells the Ertiga with both petrol and CNG fuel options. It is often considered a value-for-money product. The Maruti Ertiga is not a premium-looking product by any means. However, there are several examples where owners have customized their Ertiga MPVs to make them look premium and unique. Here, we have a video where a top-end variant of the Maruti Ertiga has been neatly modified on the outside and has customized interiors to give it a premium look.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. The video shows all the modifications and customizations that the customer has opted for in this particular Ertiga. The video starts by showing the front end. The stock grille has been replaced with an aftermarket unit. The grille resembles the one used to come with the S-Cross in India. The headlamps have custom-made crystal LED DRLs. The color and intensity of the light in these LED DRLs can be controlled by the user. The bumper gets an Indonesian body kit, which adds a sporty look to the car.

The black plastic trims on the bumper and the lower grille have been given a gloss black finish. The body kit installed on the lower part of the bumper gets red and black accents. Moving to the side profile, the first thing you would notice are the wheels. The Ertiga seen here is the ZXI model, which means it came with 15-inch alloy wheels from the factory. The owner was not happy with them and got them replaced with 16-inch N Line units. These are the same wheels that are offered with the Hyundai i20 N Line. The new set of wheels completely changed the overall look of the car. It comes with side skirts with the same red and black accents.

Modified Maruti Ertiga

The top half of the Ertiga has been blacked out to give it a dual-tone finish. There is an aftermarket spoiler mounted on the roof as well. The stock tail lamps have been replaced with Infinity all-LED aftermarket lights. The smoked effect on the glass of these tail lamps goes well with the overall look. There is a connecting LED bar running across the tailgate too. The black plastic portion of the boot has also been taken from the XL6. The rear bumper also gets the Indonesian body kit. As this was the ZXI variant, it already came with several features like a touchscreen infotainment system.

The steering wheel in this Ertiga has been replaced with an aftermarket chunky-looking unit. The dashboard, door pads, and pillars are all wrapped in red-colored leatherette material. The seats have also been customized. They have cranberry-colored seat covers with white stitching. The roof liner in this Ertiga has been replaced with soft black-colored fabric. There are ambient lights on the doors and dashboard. The car also gets scuff plates. The fit and finish of the work done on this Ertiga look neat, and the interior does look premium when compared to the stock version.
