Maruti Ertiga with customised exterior and interior looks sharp

Maruti Ertiga is not the first car that would come to your mind when we think about a premium MPV. Maruti offered this people mover in the market as an affordable option to the buyers. The top-end variant of the current generation Ertiga offers decent amount of features like a touchscreen entertainment system, cruise control and so on. There are several examples of modified Ertiga in the country and many of them have been featured on our website as well. Here we have a video where a mid variant of the Ertiga MPV has been customised to look like a higher model.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. In this video, vlogger starts by showing how the work is done on the car and then shows the finished product. He shows how damping is done on the car. All four doors on this Ertiga gets premium damping which helps improving the NVH levels in the car.

Moving to the modifications, the stock grille at the front has been replaced with an all black unit. The upper portion of the grille has been wrapped in satin Red finish to give it a sporty appeal. The headlamps are stock but, the instead of one projector, the car now gets twin projector LED headlamps. There are crystal shaped multi-coloured LED DRLs installed on the car as well.

Moving down, the fog lamps are now projector units and the plastic trim around it is finished in gloss black. The front bumper also comes with an Amotriz body kit. A set of LED DRLs are installed on the lower lip as well. Side profile of the car gets 16 inch aftermarket alloy wheels which is similar to what we have seen on Kia Sonet. Amotriz side skirts have been installed on the car and it has now been finished in dual tone. The pillars are roof is now wrapped in black.

At the rear, this Ertiga gets XL6 tail lamps, Amotriz rear bumper kit, roof mounted spoiler, rear parking camera and sensors and so on. The cabin in this Maruti Ertiga has been completely customised. It looks a lot more premium than the stock version. The car now gets a beige coloured leatherette upholstery, similar coloured material is also used on the door pads to achieve a uniform look.

The steering wheel is also wrapped in similar type of material and there are other elements like the floor mats that match with the overall look of the car. The gear lever and the gear boot is also finished in similar colour material. Other customisations like an aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system, ambient lights, sunglass holder, high infrared heat rejection films are installed in the car. Feed from the rear parking camera is shown in the aftermarket touchscreen. Vlogger calls this modified version of Ertiga ‘V-Line’ and it does look sporty than the regular version that we have seen in the past. Vlogger has not gone overboard with the modification and it looks upmarket.
