Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Glinto and Impacto accessory kit details revealed

The Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 is here, and with a starting price of Rs 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom), it perfectly bridges the gap between the entry-level hatchbacks, the Alto and S-Presso. Like all the other modern-day offerings from Maruti Suzuki, the Alto K10 is also offered with optional accessory packs for personalization. All of the six colours and four variants of the Alto K10 can be specced with these optional accessories, which are intended to enhance the visual appeal of the car. These two optional accessory packs are named ‘Impacto’ and ‘Glinto’.

Let’s start with the more affordable accessory pack among the two, the ‘Glinto’ package, which gets add-on accessories for the exterior and interior. For the exterior, this pack comes with chrome garnish on various parts of the car, including the front grille, headlamp and tail lamp surrounds, front and rear bumpers and window waistline. It also includes black-coloured side body mouldings and door visors with chrome garnish.

Alto K10 Glinto

For the interior, the ‘Glinto’ package consists of a steering wheel cover, seat covers with silver lines and quilted pattern and boot mats. For the LXI variant, this pack costs Rs 30,990, while for the VXI and VXI+ variants, this optional accessory pack is priced at Rs 25,590.

Like the ‘Glinto’, the other optional accessory pack, the ‘Impacto’, also comes with a host of exterior and interior accessories, some of which are not available in the former. For the exterior, this pack comes with two colour-coded front and rear skid plates, which can be had either in orange or silver. This colour-coded theme is for the outside rearview mirror garnish and surrounds for the optional daytime running LEDs on the front bumper. In addition to these elements, it also gets wheel arch cladding, front and rear bumper garnish, roof spoiler and door visors.

Alto K10 Impacto

Coming to the interiors, the ‘Impacto’ package also includes colour-coded inserts for door pads and seat covers. Prices for the ‘Impacto’ kit with silver-coloured bits are Rs 32,990 for the LXI variant and Rs 26,990 for the VXI and VXI+ variants. Also, for the ‘Impacto’ kit with orange-coloured bits, prices are Rs 31,990 for the LXI variant and Rs 26,490 for the VXI and VXI+ variants.

The new Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 marks a comeback of the nameplate after a long gap of more than 2.5 years. This time, it’s an all-new car inside-out and gets a new-gen three-cylinder K10C Dualjet petrol engine. Available with both 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT gearbox options, the engine produces 66 PS of maximum power and 89 Nm of maximum torque.
