Maruti XL6 MPV: New TVC released

Maruti Suzuki is India’s largest car manufacturer in India. They have a variety of products in their line up and they are sold via Arena and Nexa dealerships across the country. Maruti sells premium models like Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, XL6 and S-Cross via Nexa and all the other models are sold through Arena dealerships. The XL6 is actually an MPV which is actually based on Ertiga which is sold via Arena dealerships. Maruti Suzuki now has released a new TVC for their premium MPV XL6.

The video has been shared by Nexa Experience on their official YouTube channel. The video focusses on the amount of comfort that XL6 offers to the occupants. Maruti XL6 as mentioned above is based on Ertiga which is sold via Arena. Maruti launched XL6 MPV in 2019 after the lauch of the current generation Ertiga.

In terms of design, XL6 looks a lot more premium than Ertiga and Maruti has also made necessary changes to the overall look of the car to distinguish it from regular Ertiga.

Maruti XL6 MPV: New TVC released

The front has been redesigned. It now gets a premium looking front grille with chrome strips running through the middle dividing the grille into two. The headlamps have been redesigned and they are now all LED. LED DRLs are also integrated inside the instrument cluster. Coming down, the bumper looks a lot more muscular and thick black cladding can be seen running all around the car at the lower part. The LED fog lamps also get a black surround around them.

Side profile of the car shows gloss black alloy wheels, blacked out ORVMs with integrated LED turn indicators, roof rails and chrome door handles. The rear gets Ertiga like tail lamps and silver faux skid plate on the bottom. Moving inside, Maruti XL6 offers, premium looking cabin than Ertiga. Overall design of the cabin remains the same but, the colour combination is slightly different.

Maruti XL6 MPV: New TVC released

On the center, a touchscreen infotainment system with Maruti’s Smartplay studio is installed. XL6 is a 6-seater MPV and comes with captain seats with armrest for the second row passengers. All the seats are wrapped in black leather upholstery which gives it a premium look. Other features include a multi-function steering wheel, automatic climate control, cruise control, smart hybrid system and so on.

Maruti Suzuki has discontinued diesel engines from all their models and XL6 is no exception. The XL6 MPV is available with a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that has been developed by Suzuki inhouse. The 1.5 litre petrol engine generates 105 Ps and 138 Nm of peak torque. The engine is available with both manual and a torque converter automatic transmission.

Maruti Suzuki XL6 is a premium MPV and prices for this vehicle start at Rs 9.94 lakh, ex-showroom and go all the way to Rs 11.73 lakh, ex-showroom. Maruti is will soon be launching the all-new Celerio in the market and they are also working on a facelift for Baleno premium hatchback as well.
