Official Nexa accessories of Maruti Suzuki XL6 revealed

Maruti Suzuki’s latest car in India – the XL6 was launched only a few days back. It is the first MPV, which will be sold through the premium Nexa dealerships of the brand. Just like all other Nexa products, the XL6 gets a range of dealership-level accessories. Maruti Suzuki has released an online configurator that allows customers to build their vehicles online and test the car’s appearance with all the accessories that are available officially for the XL6.

The online configurator is quite easy to use. Customers can use the interactive system to build the car of their choice with optional accessories and then save their choices in the pdf format. Then the same pdf can be presented to the dealership, who will make sure that they build the car as per the exact details shared by the customer.

Since it is a new model, there are a few selected accessories available only. However, in the future, we may get to see additional accessories listed on the website. The accessories for the exterior include body side moulding, door visors, window frame kit, number plate garnish and rear upper spoiler. Even the interiors can be customised with a new styling kit and new mats. There are also aftermarket Head Units for the infotainment system listed on the configurator. The best part is the price of all the optional accessories are listed on the site itself. This allows the customer to choose the accessories while keeping an eye on the overall price of the vehicle.

Maruti Suzuki XL6 is based on the Maruti Suzuki all-new Ertiga. However, the XL6 looks completely different from the Ertiga, especially from the front. The car gets a different grille and a different set of all-LED headlamps at the front. It also gets a different set of bumpers, which makes the car look very masculine. Maruti added a rugged, SUV-inspired look to the XL6. In a bid to do so, the vehicle gets a thick plastic cladding all around. This makes the vehicle look intimidating on the roads. Also, silver skid plates have been added to the front and rear, which further increases the visual attractiveness of the car. Apart from these changes, the Maruti Suzuki also offers an all-black set of alloy wheels to add a sporty touch.

The cabin of the Maruti Suzuki XL6 offers a lot more changes. To start with, it offers 6-seats instead of seven. Also, to add a premium feel to the interior, it gets leather-wrapped seats and steering wheel. The dashboard is also all-black and the wooden inserts are in a darker theme. It should be noted that the XL6 only gets powered by the 1.5-litre petrol engine.
