If you own a Maruti Suzuki vehicle and are afraid of getting your engine damaged due to hydrostatic lock by water entering the engine or low-quality fuel, we have some good news for you. Maruti Suzuki today has introduced a new ‘Customer Convenience Package’ to these issues, which are out of human hands.
There are three different package options provided under this new service of Customer Convenience Package (CCP) – CCP Hydro, CCP Fuel and CCP Plus. On opting for the CCP Hydro package, one gets access to coverage for repairs due to water entering into the engine, which can otherwise lock the engine and damage the internal components badly. The second package of CCP Fuel covers the repairs of the engine or its components due to low-quality fuel entering into the engine. The third package, CCP Plus, combines the benefits of both CCP Hydro and CCP Fuel and is the priciest of all.

Car should be under warranty
However, there are two eligibility criteria to buy one of these Customer Convenience Packages. The car should be under either the active primary warranty period offered as standard with the car or under the active extended warranty period offered as an optional extra with the car. The new Customer Convenience Packages are applicable for the vehicles available through both ARENA and NEXA channels of Maruti Suzuki.
Commenting on the launch of these new Customer Convenience Packages, Mr Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Director for Service, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said that these new additional packages will enhance the car ownership experience of Maruti Suzuki cars even more. Given that a modern customer looks for such assuring services upfront, the Customer Convenience Package is prepared to give him a hassle-free experience if his car’s engine suffers from unwarranted damage due to hydrostatic locking or poor quality fuel.
One can purchase any of these Customer Convenience Packages either at any authorized sales or service outlet of Maruti Suzuki or from the official website of Maruti Suzuki online. Currently, Maruti Suzuki has the largest service network among all the carmakers in India, with a network of 4,200 service touchpoints throughout the country. Maruti Suzuki already runs campaigns like ‘Quick Response Teams’, ‘Service-On-Wheels’ and ‘S-Assist’ for around-the-clock service assistance to its customers.
