Maruti Swift to Brezza: BIG December discounts on almost all Maruti cars

We are now into the last month of 2018 with less than 30 days to the new year. Auto companies too are in a mood to celebrate the occasion and are offering big discounts this month. India;s leading automotive manufacturer Maruti Suzuki too is aiming to get a big chunk of buyers and hence is offering big discounts on its range of cars. Here is a list of all Maruti vehicles on discount this festive season.

Alto 800

Max Discount: Rs 60,000

Maruti’s entry level hatchback, the Alto 800 is getting some big discounts this December. The carmakers is offering the hatchback with discounts of up to Rs 60,000. This includes Rs 30,000 as cash discount and an exchange bonus of Rs. 30,000 if the exchanged car is less than 7 years old. On being over 7 years old, the bonus drops down to Rs 20,000.

Alto K10

Max Discount: Rs 65,000

Maruti Suzuki is currently offering the Alto K10 with discounts of up to Rs 65,000. The discounts include Rs 25,000 cash discount for petrol variant, Rs 20,000 for the CNG variant and Rs. 30,000 for the AMT models. Talking of exchange offers, the AMT variants get a bonus of Rs 35,000 for cars less than 7 years old or Rs 25,000 for those over the age of seven. For the manual and CNG variants, the exchange bonus is valued at  numbers drop to Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 for cars under/over the 7-year mark respectively.

Wagon R

Max Discount: Rs 80,000

Maruti is offering the Wagon R with discounts of up to Rs 80,000. These discounts include a cash discount of up to Rs 40,000 for all petrol variants of the car which drops to Rs 35,000 for the CNG Wagon R. The AMT variants of the Wagon R get a bigger 45,000 cash discount. For cars under 7 years old bought in for exchange, Maruti offers an exchange bonus of Rs 35,000 for the AMT variants and Rs 30,000 for the manual/CNG versions. For exchanged cars that are over 7 years old, the discounts drop to Rs 25,000 for the AMT and Rs 20,000 for the manual versions.

Celerio

Max Discount: Rs 65,000

The Maruti Celerio is being offered with big discounts of up to Rs 65,000 this December. This discount include a maximum cash discount of Rs 30,000 for the petrol powered Celerio and Rs. 25,000 for the CNG powered Celerio. There is an exchange discount of Rs 25,000 on the petrol variant which drops to Rs 15,000 for the CNG variants. The AMT variants of the Celerio get a cash discount of Rs. 35,000. The exchange offer is valued at Rs. 30,000 for cars under 7 years in age, and Rs. 20,000 for the models more than 7 years old.

Maruti Ignis

Max Discount: Rs 77,000

The Maruti Ignis is a tall boy design hatchback with many  premium features. It is currently being offered with discounts of up to Rs 50,100. These discounts include a cash discount of Rs 40,000 for the manual transmission models and Rs. 45,00 for the automatic transmission models. Then there is an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 on exchanging your old car. Finally, there is a corporate discount of Rs 5,100 too on the Ignis.

Maruti Swift

Max Discount: Rs 60,000

Maruti Suzuki Swift is being offered with discounts of up to Rs 60,000. The petrol engine powered Swift variants get a cash discount Rs 30,000 and Rs. 5,000 extra for the special edition variant. There is an exchange bonus of Rs. 25,000 if the car being exchanged in under 7 years old. The exchange bonus drops to Rs 10,000 if the car is more than 7 year old.

The diesel variants of Swift, on the other hand, get a cash discount of Rs 20,000 and Rs. 30,000 exchange bonus if the car is under 7 year old.  For cars being exchanged for a diesel Swift that are over the 7-year mark, the bonus drops to Rs 15,000.

Maruti Baleno

Max Discount: Rs 37,000

The Maruti Baleno is the premium level hatchback from the company and rivals the Hyundai i20 and Honda Jazz in its segment. This December, the company is offering upto Rs 37,000 discount on the Baleno. This includes a Rs 15,000 cash discount, an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and finally a corporate discount of Rs 7,000.

Dzire

Max Discount: Rs 75,000

The Maruti Dzire is the best-selling compact sedan in India and for Maruti too. Currently, the car is being give away with discounts upto discounts of up to Rs 75,000. The petrol powered variants of the Dzire gets a max discount of Rs 65,000. This includes a max cash discount of Rs 30,000 and Rs. 5,000 extra for the special edition Dzire. Then there is an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 for cars under 7 years. For cars more than 7 years old, the bonus drops to Rs 20,000.

The diesel variant of Dzire gets a max discount of Rs 75,000 this November. This includes a Rs 30,000 cash discount and Rs. 5,000 for the special edition Dzire. The exchange bonus for cars under the age of 7 is Rs 40,000, which drops to Rs 30,000 when the car being exchanged is over 7 years old.

Vitara Brezza

Max Discount: Rs. 25,000

Another best seller by the company, The diesel powered Vitara Brezza has proved its mettle in the compact SUV segment. Maruti is offering discounts upto Rs. 25,000. However, there is only an exchange offer available currently, valued at Rs. 25,000 if the exchanged vehicle is less than 7 years old. On being more than 7 years old, the exchange value comes down to Rs.15,000. Though the discount may seem to be less, it the highest amount offered by the company on Brezza since the past few months.

Ciaz

Max Discount: Rs 90,000

The Ciaz received a mid life facelift recently and is the best selling sedan in its segment. Currently, Maruti is offering the Ciaz with an overall discount of Rs 90,000. This discount includes a direct cash back of Rs. 40,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs. 40,000 on the Sigma and Delta trims. The Zeta and Alpha trims, on the other hand, are being offered with a cash discount of Rs 15,000 and exchange bonus of Rs 25,000. Then there is a corporate discount of Rs 10,000 too, which further sweetens up the deal. However, the Ciaz automatic only gets a Rs. 25,000 exchange bonus and no other discount whatsoever.

S-Cross

 Max Discount: Rs 70,000

Many think that Ciaz is the most expensive Maruti Suzuki product currently on sale.However, that’s not true as the S-Cross is currently the most expensive Maruti vehicle on sale currently. Maruti is offering the S-Cross with discounts of up to Rs 70,000. The Sigma and Delta trims are being given away with Rs 35,000 as a cash discount and an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000. The Zeta and Alpha models, on the other hand get a lower Rs. 10,000 as cash discount and Rs. 25,000 as exchange bonus. Apart from this, there is a Rs 10,000 corporate discount available across all trims.
