Maruti XL6 with customised interiors looks elegant

Maruti Suzuki is India’s largest car manufacturer and they have a variety of models in their line up. Maruti sells cars through Arena and Nexa dealerships. Nexa is meant for premium models while Arena sells the regular version. Maruti XL6 is one such model that is sold via Nexa showrooms. XL6 is actually the premium version of the Ertiga that is sold by Maruti via Arena showrooms. Here we have a modified Maruti XL6 MPV that has been modified. The car gets customised interiors which give it an upmarket feel.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. The customisations on this XL6 are actually subtle. The small customisations on the outside elevate the overall look of the car. The car gets red accents at places which go well with the white shade of the car.

The headlamps grille, LED DRLs all remain stock. The faux skid plate at the front gets a Red wrap on it. Coming to the side profile the stock wheels on XL6 have been replaced with 16 inch aftermarket alloy wheels which look elegant on the car. the side skirting on the XL6 also gets red vinyl wrap and the rear skid plate also gets similar wrap on it.

Major modifications on this XL6 are done inside. The cabin follows a Red and Black dual tone theme. The door pads on this MPV have been wrapped in red coloured leather and the switch panels on the door are replaced with gloss black elements. XL6 comes loaded with decent number of features so the vlogger did not had to make many changes to the car. The company fitted touchscreen infotainment system was decent but, the quality of speakers were not up to the mark. So the speakers were upgraded for better audio experience.

Other than this, the seats now come with Cherry Red upholstery. This is a custom fit cover which come with patterns and stitching on it. Vlogger shows the fit and finish of the seat covers in the video. Damping has been done on all the doors to improve the NVH levels and the 7D floor mats have also been installed. The floor has not been laminated. XL6 comes with captain seats for rear passengers and both passengers get individual armrests as well. Even they are wrapped in black leather material and look very neat.

Overall, the work done on this Maruti XL6 is subtle but, the difference it made it made is huge. The XL6 with customised interiors and the exterior look a lot more premium and elegant than stock version. Maruti launched the XL6 premium MPV in the market back in 2019. It uses the same HEARTECT platform that is used in the Ertiga and other Maruti models.

Maruti XL6 comes loaded with decent amount of features like automatic cimate control, multi-function steering wheel, Smart Hybrid system, leather upholstery and so on. It is powered by a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that is available in Ertiga and other models. This engine is offered with manual and automatic transmission options.
