Matthew Hayden’s daughter Grace takes delivery of a brand new Mahindra XUV700 SUV [Video]
Former Australian cricketer Matthew Hayden has been associated with Mahindra for a very long time. He is in fact the brand Ambassador for the Indian brand in Australia. A video has been published by Mahindra Australia on their YouTube channel where Matthew Hayden’s daughter Grace Hayden is seen taking delivery of her brand new Mahindra XUV700 SUV. Mahindra is one of the major SUV manufacturer in India and they also export some of these made-in India SUVs to Australia and other countries.
The video shows Grace Hayden standing in front of a Mahindra dealership in Brisbane City. Grace Hayden is a social media personality and works with Star Sports India as a TV Presenter too. She can be seen speaking on camera in this video. She is extremely excited about buying a new SUV. She is buying a Mahindra XUV700 premium SUV. It is currently the flagship SUV from Mahindra. In this video, Grace mentions that she had recently visited in India and during her visit, she got a chance to visit Mahindra’s manufacturing plant.
She saw how the XUV700 is manufactured and she also got a chance to drive the SUV at the SUV proving ground owned by Mahindra in Tamil Nadu. She was so impressed with the SUV that she finally decided to get one for herself. Grace’s Mahindra XUV700 is covered in a black cloth and the dealership manager walks up to her to greet her in this video.
Grace along with the dealership staff finally unveil the XUV700. Grace Hayden has bought the XUV700 in Midnight Black shade. While the colour says black, it is actually a deeper shade of Blue with metallic flakes in it. It is one of the best looking colours available with the XUV700. Mahindra XUV700 as we know is the most technologically advanced SUV from the Indian manufacturer. Mahindra XUV700 is laoded with features. Grace Hayden probbaly picked the top-end automatic variant which comes with features like leatherette upholstery, twin digital screens on dashboard. One of them acts as the instrument cluster while the other is a touchscreen infotainment system. The SUV also gets dual-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, rear AC vents, multi-function steering wheel, electrically adjustable seats with memory function, ambient lights, Sony speaker system and so on.
The XUV700 is available with ADAS features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure warning, Automatic Emergency Breaking and so on. All these features are controlled using the radar, sensors and cameras that are installed all around the car. Mahindra XUV700 is avaialble with two engine options. There is a 2.0 litre mStallion turbocharged petrol engine and a 2.2 litre turbocharged diesel engine on offer. Both these engine options are available with manual and automatic transmission option. The top-end diesel variant even gets AWD as an optional feature.
As mentioned above, Matthew Hayden is the brand ambassador for Mahindra Australia and he himself uses several Mahindra SUVs. He recently took delivery of his brand new Mahindra Scorpio N 4×4 variant. The former Australian cricketer has several adventure trips planned with this new SUV.
