The presence of supercars in India is undeniably increasing. New owners are embracing their foreign-made cars with a touch of Indian tradition, complete with rituals and prayers. Recently, a wealthy businessman from Mumbai took delivery of a brand-new McLaren 720S and ensured that the car received a customary welcome. Following the customs observed by many new car buyers in India, he took the car to a nearby temple to undergo an elaborate ritual.

The video showcases the McLaren 720S driving on the public roads of Mumbai. The owner and his family visit a temple where priests perform rituals on the car, as seen in a few pictures. Along the way, numerous enthusiasts also take selfie pictures with the McLaren.

In India, performing rituals for the longevity of vehicles is a common practice known as Vahaan Pooja. This tradition extends to various occasions, and we have witnessed several celebrities, including Karan Johar, Kartik Aryan, and others, participating in similar ceremonies to bless their vehicles.

The Mclaren 720S is an exclusive car, with only 400 units of this supercar being manufactured. It is equipped with a powerful 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo petrol engine, capable of producing an impressive maximum power of 710 Bhp and a peak torque of 770 Nm. This supercar is designed for exceptional performance on the track and features active aerodynamics that enhance downforce at high speeds. With its remarkable acceleration, it can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and achieve a top speed of 341 km/h.

The Mclaren 720S is offered in three distinct variants: standard, luxury, and performance. The top-end variant stands out with its extensive use of carbon fibre components, such as the hood air-intakes, wing mirrors, and rear air intakes. Inside, it boasts luxurious interiors adorned with Alcantara and Nappa leather. Additionally, contrasting colors like Zircon silver and brushed iridium brightwork further enhance its visual appeal.
