Satheesh did not stop with his studies. He continued with his studies and got a degree in commerce from Dayanand Sagar evening college. In between he kept on changing his jobs and landed as a typist at Titan watches in 1987.
Three years after that he got himself a job in Hewlett Packard (HP) as a typist in purchasing department. His salary when he was working with Hewlett Packard was just Rs 1,200 per month. He worked hard and juggled between different roles in HP. He worked in the exports, taxation and stores department of HP to gain experience and climb up the ranks in the company. He finally left the job at HP in 1999 and by then he was logistics manager at the firm. He salary when he left the job was around Rs 1.5 lakh.
T S Satheesh told Bangalore Mirror that in ten years he got nine promotions. This shows determination and hard work of Satheesh. After he left the job in 1999, he got into real estate business. He bought a 4,000 sqft plot by making Rs 50,000 investment. The recession and a cheating case made things tough for him. His ex-colleagues at HP and his friends supported him and purchased apartments from him after taking loans from bank.
Satheesh mentioned that the initial five years of his business were the most difficult and his first breakthrough came in 2008-2009 after he started multiple residential building projects in Bangalore and Kerala. His firm had crossed the Rs 400 crore mark back in 2013.
T S Satheesh then wanted a unique looking vehicle for himself. He initially thought of buying a Porsche but, realised that there were many Porsche owners in Bangalore already. After doing a lot of research he bought himself a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster. Not just that, he also opened South India’s first ever Lamborghini dealership in Bangalore.
The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster he bought is still a very rare car on our roads. When he bought the Aventador, it costed around Rs 8 crore. Apart from Lamborghini Satheesh owns cars like BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and Hyundai in his garage.
