Hyundai Creta has been one of the most popular mid-size compact SUV sold in the country. Last year Hyundai launched the all-new Creta in the market and it is now one of the best sellers in the segment. Ever since, all-new Creta was introduced in the market, aftermarket accessories and modification option have also arrived. We have seen several examples were a base trim Creta has been modified into a top-end trim. Here we have a video where a base variant Hyundai Creta has been beautifully modified.
The video has been uploaded by Vipershot on his YouTube channel. The video starts by showing the car when it had arrived at the workshop. It looks like the owner had bought a brand new Creta to the workshop for modification job. It was the base E trim and it does not come with any features. The car completely modified inside out and looks gorgeous.
Starting from the exterior. The front grille has all been blacked out. All the chrome or silver inserts on the Creta have either been removed or blacked out to give it a uniform look. An aftermarket fog lamp has been installed on the car as it does not get one fromt he factory. Coming to the side profile, main difference is the gloss black aftermarket alloy wheels. At the rear, Hyundai Creta gets a long LED tailbar that connect the split tail lamps. A set of reflector lamps are also installed on the car.
Moving inside, the cabin has been completely redone. Creta gets a black and white combination interior from the factory but, here that has been removed. The cabin now gets a red theme. The seats get red colour upholstery. The dashboard and door panels continue to get black and ice pearl white theme. The armrest on Creta have also been wrapped in red colour upholstery. Other modification on the inside include a new aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system and speaker set up.
Overall the work on this Creta looks pretty neat. In comparison the older generation Creta, the new one is entirely different. It is now a lot more premium looking and offers more features on the inside. Top-end variant of Creta offers features like panoramic sunroof, integrated air purifier, connected car services, ventilated seats, rear AC vents, automatic climate control and so on.
It is available with three engine and variety of transmission options. There is a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 115 Ps and 144 Nm of torque. The diesel version is also available with manual and automatic gearbox option. The 1.4 litre turbo petrol engine is the most powerful version and it generates 140 Ps and 242 Nm of torque. This engine available with a 7-speed DCT gearbox only.
