This modified low rider jeep with Bolero engine looks super cool [Video]

Jeeps are one of the most commonly seen modified vehicle in our country. It won’t be wrong to say that pretty much every jeep in the country must have undergone some sort of modification. The most common type of modification seen on such vehicles are broader alloys and tyres to give it a much more aggressive look. There are many workshops and garages which specialize in modifying jeeps as per customer preference and here we have a video that shows a modified jeep that has been built as per customer preference.

The video has been uploaded by Dayakaran vlogs on his youtube channel. The video starts by showing all the modifications on the jeep and also gives an estimated cost and time required to build this vehicle. The main attraction on this jeep is that it is a low rider jeep and it was one of the things that customer wanted. The whole jeep gets an orange an black treatment which looks pretty good on it. Starting from the front. it gets a custom made jeep grille with vertical slats. The grille is called angry bird grille as it gives the front an aggressive look.

The headlamp units have been replaced with projector type units and the bumper is also a custom made unit. The fog lamps are installed on the front bumper and it also get a provision to put the tow hook. Coming to the side profile, it gets broad tyres and dual tone alloy wheels, a dummy exhaust pipe, wooden axe and roping on the foot board.

The whole jeep gets a very simple look and that gives it a decent look. The rear portion gets a spare wheel mounted on tail gate and the tail lights are all LED units. On the inside, the seats gets a black finish and it gets other features like an AC, power steering, power clutch and a power brake. The engine used in this jeep is a 2.5 liter-4 cylinder direct injection diesel borrowed from the Mahindra Bolero. This engine is known for its solid low end torque and great fuel efficiency. It’s quite reliable and hardy as well.

The overall cost of building such a jeep varies as most of the modifications are done as per customer preference. The approximate cost of building this jeep is Rs 4-4.25 lakh and the time requires is around 2 months.
